Hey, that would actually be a good idea, they already have that Indian god having a different boosted NP if he is overcharged. Saber having the same effect of bonus effects but only if overcharged would be a fantastic addition, she could be the first servant with an NP that is strengthened two times, like how EMIYA has a double upgraded skill.
I still can't believe that Artoria being the Pikachu of Fate is not the strongest servant or at least is very hax. I would expect that the mascot of the entire franchise to be very broken.

Debuff resistance won't matter if the debuffs are framed (guaranteed and can't be removed unless their duration is used up) at the start of battle before getting to do anything -cough-Tunguska-cough-, it's why that MI was annoying to do and most has to rely on the support Ibuki to carry since your own team is crippled at the get-go.

Refunds on buster and synergizes with Koyan L, the girl who gives you ANOTHER 10% refund for hitting with buster cards. Hey though if you like arts she also gives herself a 30% steroid so not like your arts card refund is missing anything; don't forget that she also does _20% healing down_ which is huge for bosses who's gimmick is to heal a lot of health, plus the 30% chance to decrease charge when you slap them with arts cards. Then she's also got 100% crit up because why not (literally equal to two van gogh np1s or np5 van gogh) and *100% defense up*. Finally a 50% battery tied to getting all her face cards back so if you don't quite have enough charge you can just pop that and then have a pretty solid chance of getting your np back up next turn too as long as you get good crit rng. Like bruh she's unkillable and refunds np with your choice of colour. Skills are also all on a 6 turn cooldown and her one disadvantage (rare class) is negated by one of her passives so she can also act as a saber but without the class disadvantage. Idk man if we get a servant that tops her within the next few months the power creep is gonna be veeeeery real

Imagine if they released a Quick Servant that can guarantee a Full Deck for 3 Turns, you could farm with Crit Face Cards consistently and all those crit stars would finally have a use in farming

The fact that ciel can not only guarantee her own 5 card full lock with bb with s3, but that if you plug her out it’ll automatically ensure the entering servant has full deck for bb to lock… wild ass skill
Arc is just 3T farming at this point. With append 5 she can use S1 for double stack with double koyan and her damage is meh at NP1 and need black grail or something like that to be useful. Planning to NP5 her one day tho, im gonna overwork her to death so arash can rest
Tbh she pairs perfectly with BB Summer, for some bizarre reasons. Her being a ST Buster servant is amazing because you do not have many major competitions, with the best being J Alter? Irdk tbh do people even use J Alter anymore in JP? But besides that yeah her niche is CQ and that means competing with Van Gogh... Would you actually run her instead of Van Gogh? Hmmm maybe not tbh. Irdk that is quite hard to tell.
The real question is, why we should always use van gogh? Theres so many option for a DPS so why we should be fixed with her? Van gogh is really good, dont get me wrong, but theres a reason why they made so many DPS in the game, its so we as the players can have mang variation to play. Theres no reason for you to stick with 1 unit to play with just because they are strong. Also despite her being one of the early year servant, she still really strong for a DPS, and she also still really popular in JP, especially after the recently Ordeal Call chapter.

It's only for a turn and that means the buff orientation also has to factor in facecarding, which warps what CE she has to use and what supports to bring, either way you WILL have to sack either NP damage or facecard damage, no in-betweens.
@@demon_king1988 you on JP or NA? what makes this version of Kiara so dangerous is her debuffs on Skill, Ciel is so strong here because of her very high Debuff Resistance and passive healing. also Kiara NP in this form removes buffs before damage which is blocked by Ciel's 5 turn 100% Buff Removal Resistance
@@demon_king1988 it won't be enough, Kiara has like 12 buffs total so you would need to be constantly attacking with Barghest (not possible due to how cards work unless you literally just have Barghest and Castoria on field) and Castoria's Solemn Defense will get removed by Kiara's NP you would need first of all a very strong DPS that has specifically Buff Removal Resist (can be one time since Kiara gets full NP gauge upon her transformation and she has 5 charge NP so you should be able to kill her before she NPs again) and secondly a Servant who can remove all buffs on Skill (there are quite a few Servants who can do this like Alexander). lastly you would need a Servant who can NP frequently that can provide healing and remove debuffs (keep this one in the backline, your front 2 non DPS Servants are going to die from the first NP)
Not even close. She's solid, no doubt about it, but she's not even remotely comparable to Draco, SCastoria or Super Dantes to name some examples. In all likelihood, she's closer to Ozy's or Jalter's league, but she will struggle a bit when her SE isn't available due to her lack of an upgraded NP.

Summer BB needs the buffs first, considering how behind she is in terms of NP Damage compared to Arc and her length of time as a Servant in FGO.
