Did you know, that Green actually had the footage of the first run this whole time? Back when my Irisviel was only level 80, she was just a baby in comparison to how she is now.
Two years. Two years of waiting, and waiting, and -pestering- asking and waiting... They called me a madman. They also called me much more unpleasant things. I don't know why, that's just UA-cam commenters for you.
It's been a long two years, between the piggybackers who don't understand the joke, and the NA -plebs- fakers attempting to beat Green to the punch, when he is (was?) the one who beat them.
It took so much convincing, so much training, to get him to retry it. Grails, Formal Craft copies (yet STILL no MLB, gacha is pain), Command Codes... Iri is barely recognizable now. It's astonishing.
Like watching your child grow up and go to college...

Fun fact about Irisviel. She was 9 years old when she left with Kerry to participate in the grail war. Illya was 8 years old at that same time.
I've been thinking of this day. Is she legal with the body of an adult woman (yet still naive as a child) and her age is 9. (Don't ask why I'm thinking about this--)

@@lunk2569 Gil has a history of demanding every woman in Uruk before their husbands and I'm not an expert, but I think the legal age was a bit lower there and I'm not sure if every woman would have happily agreed to this arrangement. Then again, that was before he became mankind's first otaku and basically married the clay figurine his family gave him instead, rejecting all women for the rest of his life and becoming a shut-out for a good portion of his life after the gods took it away again because of how much nonsense he got up to together with it. Truly a touching tale for modern otaku and their far from humble origins.
@@IchCharacter at least in original mesopotamian mythos, the gods (mainly ishtar and her dad) made enkidu to kill gil, not as a gift to him, because he rejected her advances. (She kinda slept around)
They just became buddies and after they basically melted Enkidu back into clay he left to try to fix it. That's when he left and became a better king. It is also why we have casgil, who is much less of a tyrant.
Idk about fate's lore, after all they very much take liberties, but that's the story i know.
