- In this video, I go to a souk(market) Massira that's in my city Temara for some Eid al-Fitr shopping for me and my children. This was the day before Eid, so the souk was completely packed... It was a great experience though. I had 2 good Moroccan friends come with me since they also needed to go to the souk. I hope you enjoy! In Morocco we like the contrast of disorder and order. too much order (like in malls) we get bored, while “disorder” makes us live our social and traditional lives. you will always find these two aspects and that's what we love about our Morocco.
The souk is different ...But Chaos is not a luxury, people die on the road because of it.

Chaos is not your friends. Lying even about the lack of safety during traffic makes you a very exotic individual, especially since you are fasting.
