I love Octavia. Been playing her for many years. I enjoy many frames for hard content but Octavia is just so chill I love playing her for long periods. Honestly mainly just love her mandachord lol
Your right, her outdated kit that can easily go to level cap unmodded cause her first has infinitely scaling damage and she can just sit invisible with out needing to interact with the game besides to react her abilities ever 40 or so seconds. She is honestly such a bad frame these days /s
@@ShadowRacho your argument about going to level cap unmodded is laughable. Loki can do it unmodded. Any Warframe with invisibility can do it. And since Cyte invisibility is a Helminth ability, literally every frame can do it. You called Octavia the "best Warframe in the game," but she’s not even close to being among the best anymore. She’s not bad-never said she was-but calling her the best is just wrong. That might have been debatable years ago, but now? Nah, it's just false. @@fathom117 by unmodded I mean completely unmodded. No guns no companion nothing. (Obviously you have to have at least one gun equiped but I mean no mods on it). Loki and any other frame needs to at least mod a gun for dps. Also I’m not defensive about it. No other Warframe requires as little effort as she does. You can literally build her not put any mods on her or level her up, put on unmodded weapons (just cause u have to) and no companion and go to level cap while playing another game because most of the time you’ll be afk. Octavia’s kit is completely unbalanced in every way possible. While her abilities are actually very simply especially compared to more recent additions to the game (which is where I think ur dated opinion is coming from) it’s still completely overpowered even by this games standards. I actually struggle to understand how you could think otherwise. An actual fish with enough strength to press the keyboard keys could go to level cap with her.

One could very easily make the argument that saryn who is also just stupidly powerful and completely unbalanced is a better frame cause she is as stupid as Octavia but actually lets you engage with the gameplay and enjoy it. The argument of Octavia can’t be the best frame cause when your playing her your not actually playing the game is 100% valid and I can’t argue against it. But the truth of the matter is if your comparing warframes based on raw power then gameplay itself doesn’t matter. Octavia being the afk screen saver as you put it is a display of power. She’s so powerful you don’t need to engage with the game. No other Warframe is like that. Even Xaku who has infinitely scaling guns that kill enemies for you requires you to actually play the game to at least stay alive. And since Octavia has the power to do something no other frame can she therefore is more powerful then any other frame and therefore is the best frame. Statements of best or whatever aren’t some opinion based statements on what people like to play. They are quantifiable, being the best means you are better then everything else. Being the only frame that can do this makes her the best by default cause no other frame can even compete with her. Another way of putting it is this. No other frame is good enough to play the game for you. Meaning she is the best. Octavia is the strongest. She pulls all aggro and her damage is based on the enemy's damage. Which scales to 9999 and in turn so does her damage. Range mods, flow, quick thinking and rolling guard will put her at end game max level without effort. Panzer Vulpaphyla to spread toxic to help her KPM. Weapons dont really matter.
I won’t do a tier list video cause there is frankly way to many weapons in the game but I can make a video showing off some of the better weapons in the game
I main octavia. I have all the prime parts crafted except i dont have blueprint and no body wants to sell me the prime blueprint for even 30p and 1 augur secret mod

I would recommend running primed flow on her and something like primed surefooted or preparation in exilus.
Why. She have very little energy drain because she only needs to recast abilities every 40 seconds or so
