I love splat bleach bruhhh. Ive used this stuff and got the blonde i wanted righr off the bat. But when ive gotten so called professional bleach and high volume devloper it wouldnt get lighter than orange. On top of that the professional bleach damaged my hair more than splat ever did and it made me chop half my hair off back in the day. Never again. Ill stick with splat. They have a bleach only kit btw. I get them at cvs lol

I used splat for the first time and I love my color(s) was going for a full blue head and ended up with blue roots and pink ends and my daughter (who’s 4 and loooooovvveessss pink) is really loving it so I think I’ll keep it for a while 😂😂😂

I've been dying my hair for 8 years (been every color of the rainbow in purpose and by accident). My favorite thing to here is "if you keep dying your hair, it's going to fall out. Like I don't already know that it's risky business. 🙄

So after putting the bleach process, did you really have it in for a whole hour? Just asking cuz the box says not over 30-40 mins so I'm curious to know 🤔
After the 40 minutes the bleach will not lighten any more so it’s just purely damaging it at that point

I typically don’t leave any hair bleach in my hair that long. Personally I don’t think anyone should go over 25-30. Mine usually colors in 20 because my hair just takes color really quickly but for people who take longer i feel like 30 should be the max you go without creating damage.
Gorgeous! I use to color my hair a lot when I was in my early 20s because it was my way of expressing myself and I felt good about it. Do what makes you happy and don't worry about what others may say or think, love your hair and the rest will shine through. Thanks for this video I was wondering about this product.
dude this person ik went and had their hair colored un natural by a hair dresser both times he paid 160 or more with short hair.. the color faded out first wash... So i splatted him 17 yrs ago he still has pink hair. Thanks John.
I can relate to this story some, I went to a salon for a balayage, paid close to $200 for it and ended up with a hair color that I hated and didn't come out the way it should have. So never again will I pay that much unless I know for sure that they know what their doing. So needless to say I ended up buying a deeper color box and colored it and loved it lol. Strange I know.

This has given me a little hope. I have died black hair, but I'm hoping for a light blond so I can dye it green or a blue color. I bought the splat bleach kit but I also noticed on the box it didn't have the color code (I don't know what its called). So, I don't know what its gonna turn into. I hope a light enough blond for the green/blue to show. You did great and the color looks amazing on you! I hope you have a great rest of the day.
you're the sweetest thank you so much! i would just wash/ let your hair sit a few times with dandruff shampoo and a packet of emergen-c to take out any possible color. splat is really strong and will lift at least some color! just make sure to take care of yourself and your hair with some nice oils or masks or conditioners. i hope it works out for you! my hair has gone through a lot so every person's experience is going to be different. best of luck kiely!

When using Splat, Has your hair fallen out any? I know the caption says no, I did mine with their Midnight Ruby no bleach about three weeks ago and my hair won't stop coming out so I'm just wondering?
Freshly dyed, when I brush my hair I might have some tears, especially when it's wet but it's usually not coming out. The longer your hair, the more you're going to shed. My sister tried the Midnight Ruby with no bleach awhile ago and it didn't fall out but she also dyes her hair black once every couple of months for the last 10+ years so maybe her hair is used to it? Have you dyed your hair before? Sadly maybe Splat isn't for you :( I would recommend some strengthening shampoo and conditioners and don't shower in super hot water.
Anggg G nope I have used it for 2 years now never falls out maybe your hair is damaged and breaking use conditioner and coconut oil hair does dry out let it recover
Anggg G I’ve had problems with splat no bleach from experience the color itself damaged my hair , I’ve tried the bleach eventually and one splat bleaching I got a horrible chemical pixie cut aka the bleach melted my hair off into a pixie cut my hair was a little past my boobs . I only left the bleach on for 45 minutes, my hair was also virgin except for the semi permanent splat purple streak I had

I'm definitely not going to bleach my hair I'm sorry you had that experience, Stella! It's now very pink and color is no longer coming out, I just hope it comes out before I can start applying for jobs. I'll probably try to redye it a natural color if it doesn't, I just really don't want this hair color to stay haha.

So I dyed my hair black around 5 months ago, would this still bleach over hair that's been dyed black?? Last time I tried bleaching my hair, it only worked on parts of my hair that wasn't dyed but I didn't use splat

Girl it's beautiful and I dye my hair so many different shades since i was 15 i'm 44 I love to dye my hair I do go about 30 days but every month its a different color or shade, Stay strong and if you're happy then happy coloring rock on sis
What toner did you use? Any that you recommend after using that kind of box dye
whenever i'm trying to go really light, almost gray, i use wella t18 toner!
How did you cover all your hair? I have short ass hair and one bottle covers like 70% of it XD
i usually get two boxes to make sure it's all covered!

There is a product you can put on your hair before you coloring i read somewhere before i need that product you might like it i have lost a lot my hair and all googed out on my brush and hand

if it's dyed red hair, it usually comes out into a pink but i've had times where the bleach lifts it all! it just depends on your hair!

Question. You only did bleach it only right?
Yes! It does turn into a brassy yellow though if you're just using the bleach so make sure to either use a toner after or wash with purple shampoo and conditioner!

it really helps if you do! it takes out all the yellow/brassy tones if you continue to use it! in the past ive gotten my yellow-ish hair to a silver/purple by just using the right purple shampoo and conditioner!
