You know what that red symbol is? It's not a moth or a fly. It's usually used as a representation of the divine mother (feminine energy) in Hinduism. It's used for Mother Durga or Mother Kali (they are one and the same except Kali is the more fierce form of energy that is not easily controlled) ...its three eyes. Those aren't wings...theyre eyes and a triangle is just used to indicate the direction of energy. . Putting that symbol on Neville is a bit weird because he didn't believe in Kali or the divine feminine. Manifestation and the techniques he used did sound similar to tantric practices (whether he knew it or not) but he was a Christian and I think that should be respected. I'm a hindu by birth and I don't take any issue with you using those symbols but you should at least know what they mean as a basic. My personal view is to respect Neville's memory and his teachings and don't put that image on him because it's not what he believed in..

Can you do anything speaking of living in the moment and how putting your mind in the moment that it can calm you down to then make living in the end easier? I’ve been practicing this and have seen movement faster showing up for me.
It's hard to trust and even be present in the moment when I feel the lack of something or rather see it as numbers on my bank account

Hello, trough my own experience I have noticed that I first had to be quite some time in a relationship with myself. I was building this relationship with myself and was, most of the time it was spontainously, but feeling day after day really great with myself and my feelings, also my actions. I would observe myself, what feeling and emotions should I embrace and which should I let go ( like envy, anger, sadness etc). For example, when I would cook a meal, in the behind I would put some music that gets my vibrations higher and gets me to a good mood. Every day I would be more greatful for my life, cause my focus changed into what I have in my life,m and not what I dont have. ( example I have a suportive family, my health, a nice job and so one).
I started to feel more and more like I am already whole with just having myself and embrasing everything what sorounds me. Than after all that I just described, I met my soulmate ❤ I hope from the bottom of my heart this helped. Wish you a lot of love. Greetings from Croatia
