just read that manga, called Die of course. had to read it twice, it was definitely different. it's so great that a mangaka is such a huge bt fan, i now have to read all her works and scan for bt references
This always makes me think of the video to "Give It Away" by the Red Hot Chili Peppers. It's like a more whimsical, brooding version. :p Actually, most of Darker Than Darkness reminds me of RCHP. It's got some funky tunes. :) Were B-T influenced by anything like RCHP when they made it? I know Uta was a fan of theirs. I also remember someone saying B-T's music usually went with whatever happened to be popular at the time, which I have sort of noticed. Funk rock was popular at the time..
