- We have finally developed alongside RCV Performance Products the upgraded front axles everyone has asked for. Developed with state of the art technology, these beasts are the best drive-line upgrade available for all model year Trailhawks and Active Drive 2 Latitudes.
We showcase installation at one of MFC Offroads dealers/installers in Stewartsville, NJ named OK4WD. They have an incredible retail showroom, over half a dozen bays dedicated to off-road accessory installs, and some of the best truck/Jeep shows every year.
A big thank you to our buddy Jim giving us the ability to shoot in their spot as well as Chris, the knowledgeable tech that will be doing more of these installs as we send more clients their way.
Very excited.
Just ordered these RCV axles
along with:
-MFC+ 3" lift kit Core components
+ Fox Long Travel Suspension
+ OEM H/W
+ HD Rear Springs
-Rear Tire Centering Kit
Can't wait to get it all installed.
I’ve filmed some of my trail guides with a KL... they’re awesome! This is an intriguing upgrade.
Thank you! I love them
Love mine !
When do we get to see that beast out on the trail?
Any issues with vibration at higher speeds? This seems to be the main problem with extended reach CV axles.
Came here only to see more angles about that prerunner bumper before I commit to a purchase, would like to see a full video about it...
Will do shortly with an install video being made the end of this month.
@@jesselambros8520 VERY interested in that vid
joshua farrington The video was shot yesterday takes usually two weeks for editing it was actually a really long production
You can separate the knuckle and strut by pounding a wedge in to the slot on the back side to spread it.
Michael Simon we tried this. The issue was that the struts were freshly painted prior to the installation. They may have seized themselves to the inside of the knuckle
Great video.. been looking at lifting our jeep. Just found your channel and looking forward to watching more. Great information
Bring them out to Arizona, I will show you trail to take them on to test them out. let me know.
Why only the front? Did I miss the rear install in another video?
Nice. Have RCVs on my TJ (HP D30 w/ARB). Great product.
Does RCV make these for the renegade Trailhawk? I ruined my factory CVs with only a 1” lift.
I have a 2019 Trailhawk(Red) i wish I could find aftermarket parts for it like the Wrangler...
Check out MFC Offroad. They are the number 1 aftermarket solutions provider.
@@jesselambros8520 Ok will do, thanks!!!
@@jesselambros8520 they are available for renegade trailhawk?
That's a little beast. I wanted one. The wife hated it now we have a boring f150
Do y’all have a install video for the MFC+3” Lift Kit?
Why haven't we seen more on those wheels?
@@me77you never thought the base would like to see more 😅
great vid, that "beard" is ...idk man. might be the curl in the stache.
what is that hood scoop/ plate the black thing that the light is on
You should do the a video on how to install a lift on a 2019 trailhawk. Having issues putting mine on unfortunately.
Use the technique found on the last page of our installation guide for the front suspension road block you might be running into.
MFC Offroad what about the rear axles
@@FerrariLamborghini24 No need. We are currently designing a rear differential subframe drop.
MFC Offroad what do you mean by that and why and what for
FerrariLamborghini24 because RCV will not be making the rear axles this is the next solution
How much does it cost to have the same built
Thank you
How about fender flares ! Another item would be a front hitch solution which would allow people to cradle mount whatever winch they want.
Hey. So does this work for the rear? I have the Dobinson with mfc. Ad2 and my rear passenger boot ripped. Big mess.
Haha yeah, those rear axles are like “do I mean nothing to you??” I guess they don’t get used as much as the front ones so they don’t get worn out as fast with larger angles.
Are there 1st gen Jeep Compass RCV axles?
How do you call that thing on the right side,? Is the exhaust? Or is for the air filter? I want to get one for mine....
It’s is the MFC Offroad Snorkel
What bumper is on that jeep I've been looking for a replacement bumper not an add on
Anything for the Jeep Compass MP?
Where are you guys at ? im from Canada
New Jersey USA
I would like to see a dobison Suspension lift done, can't find anything on that lift looking to do this on my jeep
More video this KL
Hugh Moore and Asante Weldon aren’t that far behind you but.... that’s definitely the most build KL that exists anywhere.
Will these axles work on all cherokee trim levels.?
I thought they were going to showcase that beautiful Cherokee
What size and brand of spacers are you running on the jeep?
Has anyone installed more then a 2 inch lift on these KL's I found one, but I won't mention the brand, but with it being so new of a product there aren't any reviews on it yet. Wanting more then 2 inches, thats what she said, in order to justify even doing a lift.
Elbow grease? Where do you buy that?
Lol I was born with it 😂
What size tires and rims do you have?
Currently running MFC Offroad Beadlocks, and 255/75R17 MT tires.
@@jesselambros8520 I’m about to throw some 255/70R17 toyo at3s on the stock rims of a 15 Latitude. I’ll have to start saving up for y’all’s, they look really good! Thank you for the reply!
Could I use those trailhawk cv on my plain fwd cherokee?
Which I do exploring in.
What would you guys recommend for a 4inch life
Herbert Estrada a different vehicle. Lol. Limitations on suspension and driveline affect us. 2WD max lift height it 2”. Non Trailhawk AD1 max height is 2.5”. Non Trailhawk AD2 max height is 3”. Trailhawk max height is 3”. Don’t be fooled by any other company saying otherwise.
@@jesselambros8520 Thanks a lot
Need more video’s
is it safe with a 2'' lift or will i have a torn axel boot in the long run thanks
2" lift is perfectly safe and normal of an upgrade
You couldn’t install a new O-Ring or clip. Geez!
I feel the same way too! Especially when they are not available as a serviceable part from the dealer. I guess reusing is the only way of doing it correctly!
Hi. What size of tires is it?
32" with custom 9" beadlock wheels
That music you are trying to talk over in the beginning of the video is super annoying. Not only that, it makes it harder to hear you! I noticed this in another video you guys had. Maybe next video leave that bit out?
It’s been remedied in our videos
You still have to replace all the other overpriced Alfa Romeo parts on that thing, don't you?
😂😂😂😂
Please turn off or lower the volume of the background music. It’s
f-ing annoying.
