Looks like the Ford Mustang Mach-E, Maserati Grecale Folgore, Audi Q4 e-tron, Cadillac Optiq, BMW iX3/iX4 Neue Klasse, Genesis GV70 EV, Mercedes EQC SUV (GLC EV), Tesla Model Y, Lexus RZ, and Polestar P4 may have to watch out for what Porsche's new Macan EV will have for them.
How can an EV car be listed as a "Turbo" model?

EV needs to be charged. So it’s turbocharged. Turbo is just short for turbocharged.
to be fair, electronics and appliances have had turbo modes for decades. 🤷♂
Porsche has turned "Turbo" into a trim level. They just decided they could do that because they are Porsche I suppose.

Why call it a turbo if there is in fact no turbo? This is very dumb marketing and seems lazy that they can’t find another trim name.
another blast up Palms to Pines Highway~ my 2021 Macan gts was nice but not comfy on long trips.

You realize "Turbo" is a trim level, right? It's a higher power trim level. Most other Porsches have a turbocharged engine, like Macan T and Macan S, but they don't have the Turbo name to it. Why does no one complain about that? It's the same thing but in reverse. This argument is ridiculous and pointless. Everyone just yells about it because everyone else does, basically dumb mob mentality.

EVs and hybrid are the future hate them or like them. As charging and battery tech improves the energy efficiency of and EV is going to be unbeaten.

stupidest move ever to goes all EV with Macan which was best selling Porsche vehicle last year as ICE car!! number of 88000+ Macans and as EV it will be much less but they hope of tax payers money to save porsche and VW from such a stupid moves

No one asked for it. Electric vehicles are simply niche vehicles. They will never be mainstream vehicles.
When the Macan came into market, Porsche did not have a compact SUV. The Cayenne is the only one at the time.
The only electric Porsche is the Taycan until now with the Macan Electric. It’s for those who prefer practicality.
However for most of us, Porsche vehicles are out of our price range and then some.
Europeans, Californians. You know, places where they’ve actually built decent infrastructure for EV’s.

So are gas cars. Depreciation is inevitable, unless u never drive it
