Learn how to make jamaican style coconut cake aka Toto.
Recipes jamaican toto /coconuts cake
2 Cup All purpose flour
1 tbs baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp pink salt
1/2 tsp allspice / mixed spice
1 tsp nutmeg
1 1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup grated coconut
1tsp cinnamon powder
1 tsp ginger powder
1/2 tsp cloves
2 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup melted butter
1tsp vanilla
2tbsp rum
Bake at 350F
Bake for 1 hours 45mins

Um, Mia dear.. you do realize that brown sugar is basically white granulated suger with molasses added to it.. even Demerara sugar though made from raw sugar which explains its color is still considered processed sugar but minimally! There is no healthy sugar but natural sweeteners such as maple syrup and Acacia honey. The honey is my choice because it is light in texture and color plus taste and closest to vanilla’s aroma. Perfect choice for baking goods. Regards dear 👋🏻

2 Teaspoons Vanilla Sugar
7 Tablespoons Semolina
200 Grams Desiccated Coconut
* Mix everything in a pot and over the stove until creamy, cool, spread, chill! Voila! 🙌🏻

too, too much sugar. Should cut the sugar in half for a better bread.
It was not a bread it is call Jamaican Toto aka coconut cake so the sugar is the right amount for the recipe but thank you very much for watching but you can put half sugar if you like . Love pals
