Hi, Found your videos really informative. Just a quick check, for your time in Tohoku, are you based at a particular area or you move around hotels every night?

yes indeed the view was breathtaking and lovely
I went end of December - early January
actually February is the peak of winter
so im sure there'll be lots of snow too

Is public bus service available form Fukushima around January first Week,

U can take a BUS from ( fukushima station to aizu wakamatsu station )
From Aizu Wakamatsu station
You need to take train to YUNOKAMINO ONSEN ( the station shown on my vid )
From there u need to take 15 bus to ouchijuku
Hope this helps
As for me
I rented a car from aizu wakamatsu station
And its actually a good solution ( and convenient ) choice
If u have an international driving license
I would recommend this

Did you take the train from Ouchijuku back to Tokyo?
Yes i took train back from ouchijuku to tokyo
