There is still a turntable on the Victoria pier today for making
the cranes turn the corner . Like your vids keep doing them

I used to help turn the buses on the turntable when I took the bus to school.

Great video Stephen. I remember my first visit to Jersey in 1966 before the tunnel was built and where the buses used to terminate at the Weighbridge and turnaround at snow hill. Later in 1977 my wife, then fiancé, used the cable cars up to Fort Regent. I am currently building a imaginary preserved model railway based on the island stations. My two terminus stations are going to be Corbière and Gorey Pier so I will be looking forward to any interesting footage you will show on Gorey. Keep up the great work.

👍 Great video, very interesting... just wondering, why there, and not say along the Havre des Pas area, or near liberation Square

Liberation Square at that point would have been JR&T,s Terminus and Have des Pas was mostly ship builders plus Snow Hill is in the heart of the Town centre
