But, as you're applying for an internship, we don't expect you to have a ton of experience. What's important is to find the perfect balance between highlighting what you have done, whether at school, on committees, or any other experiences you may have had (not necessarily just work!) Also, don't forget to highlight your skills and your personality! Your recruiter has read your CV and knows of your experiences on paper. Explain to them what those experiences brought to you and how they helped you grow as a person. The conversation will feel more impactful and meaningful to you and your recruiter.
