As a Kenyan, I heard this song and decided to look it up for myself. I thought it'll be easy. So I typed the obvious, "COME TUESDAY" but I didn't come by anything close. Therefore, on "COME TUESDAY," I added on all sorts of English I could think of. Tell you guys I suffered and seriously suffered for a very long time, but thank God here I am!
This song reminds me of my mother. I’m a 2002 but I love these songs because my mom does and she’d always play them when she’s off from work. My loving single mother, she did all the best she could to raise us and I’m gonna make her proud by becoming a millionaire. I’m currently studying towards my law degree and building my business. I’m the first generation to go to university and I will be the first to break the poverty cycle. Thank you God for giving me a strong mother, she’s the reason I wake up everyday. I will succeed, even if it takes my last breath! I will come back to this comment in 2030. Goodluck everyone!🤍
Ohhh all the best mntase, I'll be waiting to cheer up for you. Because I know the Lord we serve is faithful. I'm a living testimony of where God took me from, and all the wonderful works He keeps doing for me. God's grace is sufficient for us all. You'll come back with your testimony. I too was raised by a single mom, ohh God knows how grateful I am for her. Nothing makes me happy than making my mama proud. With love🙏❤️✨
The struggle my Mother went through so we can survive 😢, this song just heal her spirit because every time she is crying I will play it and it calms her down😊
My family lived in an upscale neighborhood, but I loved visiting my relatives in the townships in the late 80's & early 90's because I got to hear songs like this played all day on full blast. Love from Malawi 🇲🇼🔥
Jabu mnyakeni embalenhle ,iremember this song from kwathema while I was young before I grew up embalenhle ext1 salute to this woman same as brenda fassie or even chakackaka
Back in 2003 , coming from school at St Columbus in Makokoba to Mpopoma i would pass my drop off point as the taxi driver would always play this song just as i was about to drop off
The first time i heard this song is when i was on student tour to the capital city of Botswana that was 1988 and i was 12 years and i still dance to this song like yesterday. Thanks Zizi
My late brother loved this song and i came to love it too , and it has come out to be my 13year old daughter s favorite ❤❤❤2024 still on the best songs of mine
This was a big hit and for very long time in the country.Women loved the song so much it was unbelievable. It was also a lovers song.Even as a seven year old ,I knew that much.It must have been released in 1988.This was a classical Bubblegum song. Not take the credit away from the artist but the song always sounded like a traditional wedding song. These guys used to fill up stadiums back then.A music concert were something to cherish for the rest of your life.Back then it was not easy to meet any celebrity in the streets.Let alone drink with them.So to see off to the stadium you went, for you to see them.
Me at 38 in 2024, going through divorce, my Pa is late (2010) they were divorced though. This was their main wedding song in '89. I was 2...vivid memories of the day but the song plays crystal clear since....fondest memories with comforting effects😢❤😊
These are tunes we were kids and used to buy a lot with 10 Cents. Money had buying power and people respected each. I remember those days if somebody stabbed someone it would be know all over the village. Those were strange things we only feared Imfene though we never saw it but were never scared of a human being
You are jocking my friend, I'm now 42, but almost my favorite music come from S. A and more especially ziz, lm a Ugandan but really this is a hit, me myself danced this in 1990. But it's still the best for sure. God bless 🎉 music lovers

I remember this song was playing on Radio RSA before South Africa getting freedom.
So there was a Radio 📻 Station named after the country 🇿🇦 before Democracy? Interesting 🤨.
My cousin used to tune to a radio station called Free Africa from MW (Medium Wave ) Band every evening and we would listen to some of this songs.
Reminding of Dec 1987 whilst waiting for connecting train from De Aar to Kimberley on my way to Douglas.
