Quaker de l’Hiver (Winter Quaker) by Jardin Prive. I am changing the floss to DMC 336 to brighten it up a little and stitching on 16 ct ice blue either zweigart or wichelt. I got the fabric at a small retreat and the company wasn’t labeled. It’s very pretty though.
Hello from Tennessee! I just found you and completely enjoyed your video!! Winter is my favorite season too. ❄⛄❄. I'm a January baby. 😉. I'll be watching your snowman video next. Thank you so so much for the hard work you put into your video. 💙💙💙
Hey! I am so glad you found me! January is such a great month to have a birthday there is so many fun adventures you can go do to celebrate. Happy early birthday to you and so glad you enjoyed today's video!
Thank you for doing this, I have just watched your snowmen video and now this one too. Fun to see so many patterns together that are along the same theme. I live in New England and we do have winter, although I don't think as severe or as cold as years gone by, but I do stitch winter and do decorate for winter and usually my snowmen stay out until late March.
Hi! The jacket looks great on you! 💚 So agree to pick n choose "some" of a series! 😊 LOVE the charts and resisted buying several! SO many cute ones! I am also trying to finish what I have!! See you soon!! 💙🤍❄️
Great video, I love Winter it is my favorite season. So many pretty charts , very hard to pick just one to stitch but thank you showing them all. Stay warm.
Thanks Brianna you’ve chosen some beautiful options. I really enjoy your selection videos. I don’t love living in winter season but I appreciate the beauty of what nature provides us.
Yes! Winter is such a beautiful time of year! I must say though that as much as I love Winter, Spring is my favorite. From hot to cold climates, Spring to me is just the best.
All seasons are a mixed bag: some good points and some challenges. I love the fall colors, but don't look forward to the bare trees and cold weather. I like the beauty of the snow- covered landscape, but dread the driving on icy roads. Spring starts out muddy, damp, and chilly, but gives way to colorful flowers and grass. The early summer sun feels warm on your shoulders, but can get too hot later in the season.
You have included so many great patterns. I love these videos. I have “Winter” from Cross-eyed Cricket kitted and ready for a January 1st start. I have some of the others mentioned, on my 123 Stitch Wish List.
Thanks for the ideas! Curious how you acquired your mug, it looks like it matches a bowl I inherited from my grandmother! Didn’t know if there is a story behind it…keep it up, and Happy New Year!
Hey Jennifer! I collect three different McCoy pottery dish patterns. And I love this pattern and this mug size that both McCoy and this pottery company made. This particular cup is a Marcest Daisy Dot an American pottery maker and I love it so very much. A perfect coffee mug in my opinion! I love that yours came from your grandmother! That is an heirloom! I bought mine at my local antique shop for a great deal with no great story like you have!
Technically, Christmas just started. Today is the second day of Christmas. The season ends on January 6 - the 12th day of Christmas. Some families in Europe leave their tree up and decorated until February 2.
Absolutely! I love seeing people who celebrate that way. I take my tree down and all Christmas is put away before New Year's Day ends. Merry Christmas to you and yours!
When you shared the first pattern from top I immediately thought of feed the birds😊
we were on the same wavelength! I love it
Love these last two videos. I have never stitched winter but am planning to do so this year!
Ooo what is a chart you will be stitching?
