I am a bonsai enthusiast. But from you, I'm not only enjoy about bonsai kind of things, but also learn how to speak English in a good way of tone, intonation, and selection of words. thank you so much Bjorn.
We are just back from a month in Japan. If it weren't for our age (81) we would be right behind you. My wife's (my) family are all there and it looks like we will be coming again next year. I have come to the realization that it is the Japanese culture that makes Japan such an attractive place for us while we in the US find ourselves trying to define what our culture is and it seems we are on the brink of seeing just what it is. Not a pretty picture. You made the right decision and enjoy the wonderful career and family that you have, Congratulations. Please continue educating the audience about Japan.
"I hope we made the right choice" for me the most important thing in life is to not be mad at my past self. The decision was made and i did it with the information i had back then. The future is always unknown. Cant wait to see the completed project🙏🇯🇵❤️☀️ Enjoy life.
Hey Bjorn From what we've seen and guessed so far - it's going to be fantastic! Another very interesting episode. Thanks for sharing it with us. I'm very excited to see what happens next. Give Momo an extra portion of treats for his work with the police 🙂 Best regards, Sebastian
Funny I hadn't thought about the fact my nephew is a Bjorn also in celebration for his grandmother on his father's side was Norwegian, and his sister is Solvay...also funny you don't look like a Little Bear...😂 I can hardly wait to see the finished house. And I "love" the blend of the Traditional Japanese Aesthetic with Contemporary features. I eagerly await your garden.
Bjorn thank you very much for sharing these very interesting video about your life in Japan! You have a beautiful family including the amazing Momo! I wish you all the best!🤞🤞🤞😍🫶
Awesome Bjorn! I also appreciate the thoughtfulness and consideration in content production where i as a consumer thereof can expand fullscreen and not miss a pixel!
Really really cool brother thanks for keep us updated I’m super excited for you. Your channel is what really got me into bonsai 5 years ago and I’ve gone a little insane with it. Just finished wiring a huge Japanese white pine I acquired 3 years ago and it came out truly amazing. That alone pushed my confidence through the roof on styling trees. Would love to come check out your garden one day and tour Japan. Im also a member of your online school and its taught me a ton. We miss you here in the states but looks like things are falling in place for you there and it awesome too see!
Can’t wait to pop up for a visit once your garden is set. Have an old white pine I’d like to have you work on if you are taking on work. Want to donate it to the school I work at here in Hiroshima for their ceremonies.
Seems like you made the right choice leaving the US. It's nice to see your dreams come true. Well done and great video. PS. Your new neighbors are very lucky!
The camera must be distorting the wider shots, I can't imagine how a house of the size the architects were demonstrating could fit on that lot _and_ leave room for a garden. Can't wait to see the finished product!
I do wish you all the best, sir. I hope you will succeed in escaping from the ratrace. Why? Well, I'm an older person and I saw quite a few UA-cam videos of you. It is my personal believe that that famous "ratrace" is often inside the head of people and not so much in the world that is surrounding them. Good luck!
Looking forward to this series immensely. Best of luck. The only question is what is the weather like for breaking ground and construction in November?
Its great you are making progress on the build/design. Hope all goes well. I wish when I was trying to build I got half of the service you are getting in Japan. Oh how standards and work ethics have fallen in the US.
I hate to say this, but we may come to see that you made a good choice leaving the country. I live in Pennsylvania and I'm getting a bad feeling about the coming election. I'll leave it at that.

Did you find that some architecture firms weren’t able to accommodate their designs for your large dog?
Amazing
Great video hope it goes well 👊👊
