Officer Dunn is so spot on in that he is not the conscience of anyone but himself.
Everyday People as with Congressionally elected members, the insurrectionists, trump followers and all others need to be accountable to their own consciences and I believe once they choose to get right they’ll be willing to accept the truth.
Being wrong only matters if you know better and continue to choose wrong.
Again it’s all about taking responsibility and being accountable.

On January 6th, 2021, none of us knew what the outcome of the rioting would be. After the fact, I think Congressional Republicans went back to forgetting the feeling of that day, the feeling of not knowing.

Writing can be very cathartic. He was in the middle of something incredibly traumatic for many people so why not write his experiences? Granted some people should write books... some people wouldn't know the truth itf they tripped over it, but this is something that should be in print.
