Hi Cara! That was so sweet of your friend to prep all of the salad toppings for you!! Prepping everything is such a struggle 😪 Oh the midwest... where we get all the seasons in one week 😅 those warm days are such a tease! Aw congrats to your sister!! Another cousin for your girls 🥰 It's so crazy that everyone is so different when it comes to 'must-haves' and what works and what doesn't for each mom and baby. Can't wait to see Quinn's birthday party! 😍 Have a great week!! 💛
Hello Sweet Family. I was so excited when I saw that you posted a video. I've missed you guys. Tell Quinn I said Happy 2nd Birthday princess. I hope that she had a Blessed Day. Baby girl is growing so fast already. Thanks for sharing your week with us. Take Care and God Bless Y'all 🙏✝️🎚️. Love From your Indiana Friend.💕💓💞
Rainbow rice with plastic bugs and butterflies would be a huge hit for the sensory table!! We also really liked those colorful pom poms with a scoop or spoon!
Can’t wait for the birthday party vlog!🥳 I’m so glad you mentioned the items you actually used in your hospital bag. The postpartum underwear is definitely noted. I don’t want to overpack with a bunch that I won’t need. All of your baby videos have been so helpful for me!☺️
Some of my kiddos favorite sensory things that we switch out in our bins is kinetic sand, just a big bag of Pom Poms, and I just got some Easter grass since they have so many at the stores right now. There is so many different things you can do with sensory play. Your babies are so cute!! 💛
Happy birthday, sweet Quinn! I love seeing what other people did/didn’t use in their hospital bags. I totally agree with you on the adult diapers. I hated them so much. I LOVED my boppy when my 5 year old was a baby, but didn’t use it one time with my 1 year old. So crazy how different things can be with different babies! Glad you guys are doing well 🥰
Glad to see you. Been missing y’all. Happy Birthday Quinn! What a beautiful baby Bria is!💕💞So happy your Mom lives nearby to help with your sweet girls!
Happy 2nd Birthday to Quinn!! (I can’t believe it’s been 2 years already!!) And Happy Momiversary to you Cara!! 🎉🎊 My first daughter turned 7 on the 27th as well!
Happy birthday to Quinn! And well done for making it all happen! I just organised my little boy's first birthday party and it took so much work, so I can't imagine what it was like do that alongside caring for Bria. And it all looked amazing! I am so impressed and it seems like you are doing an awesome job! Where did you get Quinn's loops from? Ive tried searching online and I can't find anything like them, but I think it might keep my little boy busy for a while so I can get laundry done! xxxxx
You are doing so great with the girls! I loved your Aerie waffle knit shirt in that color. I have it in three other colors but I wish I could have found it in that cream color as well! So comfy! Anyway, just sending all the love and can’t wait to see Quinn’s birthday footage! ❤️
Hey Cara! Kids always end up playing with things that aren't actually toys; it's so funny! In Leo's sensory kit, we use shells and dried pasta; he LOVES it! In the Midwest, 50 is warm, haha! Especially in the winter! Congratulations to your sister! I hope she has a good, healthy pregnancy! That's so exciting!!! The Dermablast was a lifesaver after birth, used it a a TON! The ice pack pads were my most used product for sure! Same with the tucks wipes. The girls are just so cute, I can't handle it! Looking forward to Quinn's birthday video! Hope all is good and well. All the best, -Clarissa 😊❤🥰
Btw, love the sensory table! My kiddos love sensory play (my older daughter is on the spectrum), so we do a lot of kinetic sand in our sensory table! Kinetic sand with some scoops, figurines, etc. On the other side we do water sometimes, and will also do bubbles/suds
Happy to see that you are all doing well and adjusting to your new family dynamic. It's interesting to see how you used some different things with Bria and Quinn at the hospital and at home so far. The girls are just soooo adorable. Have you been able to spend much one on one time with Quinn (and Eric)? Have you taken a moment or two for yourself? You sure look great.
Omg! I’m exclusively breastfeeding my 7 month old and I still use the boppy. I have used it so much. I have heard people say they never used it. Which is crazy to me! Your babies are so precious 💗 Happy birthday Quinn
Happy birthday Quinn, I cant believe she is 2! Bria 🧡 and Quinn 💖 are so cute, glad things are going well. Some fun sensory ideas are rice or colored rice, dried beans or corn, pompoms, and cotton balls. Hope that helps, Sending prayers and best wishes.
I loved newborn life with my son! They’re just so little and cuddly when he was a newborn! Kayla Buell on yt has a sensory bin video with lots of easy, inexpensive ideas. I wished I documented what I ended up using in my hospital bag bc there were so many things I didn’t use and many I wished I brought and didn’t. The Boppy definitely was one of this items I wished I brought and didn’t. I couldn’t get the hospital pillows to give me the right support I needed when trying to breastfeed. Can’t wait to see Quinn’s birthday video!! I can’t believe she’s 2 years old!! I started watching your channel right after she was born and I can’t believe it’s been 2 years!! ❤️❤️❤️
Quinn's 2? What? how'd that happen? Happy Birthday Quinn! Yay! Bria is so cute, love her hair. I can't wait for your videos. I always like to know how you all are doing.
We recently got kinetic sand and my little one loves it! We use oats in our sensory table sometimes too. It makes for a fun pouring/scooping activity :) my son likes to use his containers from lovevery and pour the oats back and forth between them.
Can you link that sensory table I’ve been trying to find one forever like that! My fav sensory activity is a jello dig we’re going to do a saint patricks day one with green jello and I’m gonna hide gold coins and shamrocks! All from the dollar store!
Here's the link! It's usually sold out but hopefully you can get one!! OH that sounds so fun... I should definitely do that with Quinn! ;) www.ikea.com/us/en/p/flisat-childrens-table-50298418/
omg baby Bria is just so sweet 🥰 did your lactation consultant say why they recommended coconut oil over the lanolin cream? also definitely going to checkout those postpartum underwear since I’m starting to get my hospital bag things together soon! (:
It’s so true that everyone loves different things when it comes to postpartum, I LOVED the always adult diapers, you should give them to your sister just in case she likes them. But for future babies, maybe you could try the frida mom mesh underwear! I had those too and preferred those over the adult diapers and definitely preferred them over the hospital mesh underwear. Your girls are beautiful, happy birthday Quinn! 💗
Happy Birthday 🎂 Quinn i hope she had a wonderful day 🎂🎈🎈🎁🎁 Aww Bria she is so beautiful. I think your doing amazing keeping up with breastfeeding i know in your last vlog you were struggling a bit well done Cara. 💕
Im surprised about the depends/always! The ones I had were comfortable but I had the depends ones lol. But everyones body style is different so maybe thats why they were uncomfortable. I haven’t heard good things/reviews about the always ones. Ill have to look into the postpartum panties to be comfortable after 😊
also for my sons sensory boxes I go to hobby lobby when many things are half off and just buy a bunch of craft or things that are different textures and I get a good amount for a good price.
So funny. My lactation consultant told me NOT to use coconut oil (her opinion was it would be too strongly flavoured) and to use lanolin. I have to admit I went against her advice and used the coconut oil.
I thought I was the only one who hated the adult underwear!! EVERYONE said they’re the best and they were so uncomfortable to me. I don’t know if they were too small/tight, but I only used 1 pair.
Oh my gosh, I'm not the only one who hates the adult diapers for post partum! I had the same experience, I put a pair on and immediately took them off because it was so uncomfortable.
Does Quinn have any baby dolls? I only see her with books. There are cute play kitchens that are great for kids to pretend they are cooking and washing dishes, does she get to watch kid movies like The Little Mermaid, they have little dresses she can wear for dress up.

I’m due in august so this will be so helpful, thank you!!
Didn’t catch if you mentioned it or not, but where is your sensory table from?? So cute!
Love your videos and missed them when you were in the hospital! Do you still have invisalign? You should do an update soon.

can't believe she is 2! Would you mind sharing what editing software you use to edit your videos?
Did I like trip or something at 12:58?? I don’t remember doing that 🤣🤣🤣
Happy Birthday 🎂 Quinn i hope she had a wonderful day 🎂🎈🎈🎁🎁 Aww Bria she is so beautiful. I think your doing amazing keeping up with breastfeeding i know in your last vlog you were struggling a bit well done Cara. 💕
Thanks for sharing. What did you feed baby when you were waiting for your milk to come in? Thanks for responding and sharing as usual. ☺️
Your body produces colostrum. It is considered liquid gold because it is packed with nutrients.
Totally agree on the adult underwear! Why are they so narrow!?
I bought the same adult diapers in size s/m and they didn’t fit lol waste of money! I loved the peri bottle and tucks pads too!

I say edit Quinn's party before all the rest!
Cute cute girls. Where did you buy your sensory table?
You may be able to donate the adult underwear to a nursing home. 💟
Oh my gosh wait is Julie pregnant or do you have another sister?????🤔🤔
Can’t wait to see her birthday video.
