Testing traditional Nubian African food hosted by Nubian souk(market)

Testing African traditional foods
on the 12 of December 23 the Nubian community hosted. a nubian souk which is essentially a market for displaying their culture and i happened to attend it.
The Nubian cuisine consisted of foods such as gurusa and layu prepared by nubian women.
