I was coming home to Morpeth from Darlington where I had been working, I live above the town, my route in though goes through a dip in the road where there is a burn, this was flooded but I went for it and even though the water was over my bonnet just got through, I later learned that I was the last vehicle through as the police closed the road after I got through.
My parents sent me and my sister off to Hexham to keep us safe and all my friends homes were destroyed! Also Cissie is related to me and I didn't even know
