I feel low, but I have reasons to be joyful.

This is a coping skill I have not used in some time, making video's allows me to let my emotions loose and allows myself to be vulnerable. Work does not define me, but it is the work I do that is important. The people who I work with are good to me, I just wished the company atmosphere was the same.
