    I just want to say I’m so proud of y’all guys and girls stepping up and helping our world. I would love to do all this but being disabled since I turned 40 years old and now im 62 and I’ve never been able to help support my family for being able to work every week. I do try to do small jobs for people and I do make a few dollars every month to help my wife pay bills and put our children through college. My wife has to work two jobs just to get by. If I was able I would build my own machines and start making tiles for outside walkways for people. I could help my family. I have started saving my plastic and have asked my family to help save all plastic. Maybe I would win the lottery one day and I could build machine to do this. Thanks for helping our earth and teaching other people also. Thanks. I live in Georgia in the USA Hoping.

    • @tuesss
      @tuesss 4 роки тому

      Educating people about responsible use of plastic is probably even more important than building the machines because it helps with the root of the problem. Recycling is only a partial solution. Most people in your situation wouldn't even stop for a second to think about recycling, so IMO you're already helping a lot. I have a close relative with serious mobility impairment so I know how difficult it is for people in such circumstances to find the strength and do something else than watching TV all day. Good luck and happy new year!

    one thing you should do for your shipping container shop is put a marker around the tools and label hot keep behind the line or something like that so if some one come in they dont touch something hot and get hurt and if they do you are not responsible because you had a caution zone

    Hey Dave, did you read the recent news about what happens with about 95% of the 'recycled' plastic we Dutch separate into our little plastic container bins? It ends up in the ovens after all because supposedly the quality is 'too low' to reuse. I'm thinking... there could actually be a great source of raw materials to use.

    The bazar is a good idea, I would add an option to search by country also concerned that many machine photos are renders so people could be running away with €3-5k, I would ask sellers to provide photos of the actual built machine and some kind of safety for buyer like the use of Paypal

    I would happily invest into a plastic recycling mini-plant in my home-town however I 'm worried not to be in a permanent dept since running the workshop will cost me money anyway (electricity , licence , collecting the raw material , etc) - and the final products might not sell as expected ..
    Recycling is a very plausible thing to do - but does this project has a future without permanent support from the community or the person running the shop ?

    The container is a nice idea, but if people really bring their plastic in numbers, your storage will run out of space in a day and production with only 1 or 2 injectors can never keep up. Seems to me you need 2 containers as soon as the shop starts to work! ;-)

    I'm all for recycling plastics, but I'm sure we can create synthetic hydrocarbons like oil or syngas to create synthetic plastics. It's just energy intensive. Maybe we'll see large plastic plants in the sahara that work by converting solar energy into synthetic oil and plastics in the future.

    • @BrasilPopular

      we can make biodegradable plastic form hemp, which comes from the cannabis plant, but recycling the plastic already made instead of leaving it to pollute the enviornment is interesting aswell

    • @dejayrezme8617
      @dejayrezme8617 7 років тому

      Recycling is definitely the way to go. We need some kind of industrial recycling plants with robots to separate plastic parts, identify and sort them.
      But at least we should just dispose of plastic properly.

    is it acceptable for you? How do you want this be done? should I send translated version back to you(so you can upload it on the main channel), or I can start my own youtube channel, just for translated videos? (I'm from Russia)

    • @TheRyzzz

    • @rabanu4386
      @rabanu4386 7 років тому +2

      I'm sure Dave doesn't mind, if you embed translated subtitles in the movie, and re-upload it on your own. In general, I think that now is great need to make translations of this movie, booklet, as more and more people are connecting with the Map and Forum. By adding subtitles in local languages, we can share this Idea, with people that don't speak english around the World. Vast majority of people.

    • @BrasilPopular
      @BrasilPopular 7 років тому +1

      you can start your own channel, I did, and translate videos you find relevant, like this one... I also created a facebook page and I upload the videos with subtitles I made to both my youtube channel and facebook page... also, watch this documentary andsee if you don't want to make videos about these ideas too, which are related to the content on this video: ua-cam.com/video/4Z9WVZddH9w/v-deo.html
