The meaning is: "My relatives say that I am the destroyer of the clan (the destroyer of the honor of the clan). And the king sent me a cup of poison to kill me off so that I will not bring dishonor to his clan." I think that is the meaning. Hindi is not my mother tongue, and I am only guessing based on the modern Hindi word "naatE" = relatives. Let us hope that someone with more solid knowledge will confirm or correct.
