@@KasSo89 not really. All people think like that. It really takes practice. Usually pitch correction is the best 1st thing to study then finding good technique on chest voice and headvoice. It will be easier to mix when you know how to do both voices. I was once a very bad singer but now I can mix now resonate and support up to F4. I am baritone and still just 14 y. o
Thank you Maestro Riggs for making your techniques more available to both teacher, with Speech Level Singing, and student with the work you are doing with multimedia. I am excited for the show.
this man really changed my life...i was an average singer...but after doing these exercises and following his techniques i can sing upto A#5 without any strain...thank you sir....
@@akhilgada602 look up Michael Jackson and Seth Riggs Vocal Training Session. I'm not to sure if he has other sessions. But Michael Jackson would have paid a lot to have Seth Riggs give that session, given its tailored to him. However there is alot you can do and learn from that video
I 2nd this. I practice using mj clip while driving to work :) if u are a beginner, some tips. 1. Go with medium power. Do not fall into falsetto and do not shout. At no point you will need falsetto or shouting. Medium power is the key word here. Because when i do it light, it felt easy but actually hv gone into falsetto. Do it as if u are speaking. 2. Do not changr facial expression or mouth cavity too much when doing it. The aim is not to hit the note by enlarging air cavity in any way. 3. Again if beginner this will take a while to get. By limit your mouth and facial, plus in medium intensity, it forces u to make the sound or hit the note in a way which is not natural to u. For someone who belts and pushes to hit notes, it took me 3 months to find it. 6 months and still it is hit and miss. 9 months to consistently be able to control it. Because need to rebuild muscle memory. 4. Do not change the vowel to hit the note. Example, mum does not change to ma to hit the note. Keep consistent mum. Good luck, hope this helps.
its nice the check in periodically and see if i comprehend what he tries to teach anymore then i did last time then i know im on the right track he really knows hes on to something with not moving the larynx
Singing takes practice and lots more practice. The greatest singers weren't born overnight! But they worked hard to train their vocals!
