When it comes to Nike/JB GRs, there are too many inconsistencies within the retail pairs themselves to do a proper “fake vs retail” comparison video. Also, whether that’s the first iteration of the replica or not, we have to admit that they do a very good job of coming close what a retail pair looks and feels like and because of that, there exists a bias when analyzing what you see different between the two. What I found interesting was the omission of the most glaring difference between the two, and that is that the retail pair obviously uses the new re-crafted tongue contour utilized in the 3’s and 4’s at the start of 2020 and the replica still uses the pre 2020 contour (think What The 4, Bred, etc). I’d assume the replicators still haven’t been able to acquire or update to the new production methods and procedures of the current AJ 3&4 lasts. This is was happens when you outsource manufacturing to simply reduce production costs.
There’s definitely no bias . My purpose is to find the differences between the two so you won’t get scammed. I do my real fakes for no other reason than that. If people choose to buy fakes I don’t care. When you get fakes and try to sell them as retail for resell prices now we have a problem.
@@JacobMarcellus Understandable. In various other colorways or collaborations, the differences become more apparent but in others, not so much. The AJ1, AJ3, and AJ11 are some of the hardest to differentiate. The reps are that good. That is the main reason why I stay away from resell in those three silhouettes. I actually try to stay away from all Nike/JB and Yeezy models in the resell market to be quite honest. I will only pay resell for certain Air Max models and New Balance if it comes to that.
Fake 4s always small as hell. Just small around from the netting to the panels. And like i always say you hold a real Jordan it just feels heavier bcuz of the material, the fake just has more of a flimsy feel weight wise.
The Jumpman on the fake insoles is larger and the size sticker doesn't cover him. The Jumpman on the authentic is smaller with the size sticker covering more of the Jumpman

My friend 15 years ago you would have had a great an valid point doing this video there was such a thing called fakes where poor materials were used craftsmanship was poor I remember receiving shoes so bad from a third party website I was forced to send them right back that's why I went legit I own no UA or fakes but with some of the product that's being produced now by third party what's the harm I would rather pay a couple hundred bills for some George trophy room ones that might only be quote on quote a centimeter off with the toe box then pay $25 to 4,000 for quote unquote a legit pair and how do we know that all of the pairs being sold as legit or legit maybe they're just better copies before you come on here you should really do your homework I have I work for American airlines and I fly all over the world and I've seen some of that stuff first hand and you catch that's on here pushing Nike it's a crying shame and a joke thank you cares nothing about us or you wouldn't have to pay first and last month's rent for a pair of shoes that do nothing but wear out from time wake up

I think the most telling thing for me was the tongue. The lining is hidden on the real but it shows on the fake pair from the front.
