Well, that's how it use to be in the 1970s and 1980s as well. I'm so sad that they've AMPLIFIED THE SO CALLED NEGATIVE PARTS and have IGNORED THE VERY VERY POSITIVE PARTS OF THIS TIME PERIOD. It was more family valued then it appeared to be and friends, families and co-workers having fun. Picnics, shopping, playing board games, pajama parties, fun dance offs, families getting together to take the kids to the movies, the circus, festivals, Six Flags, Neighborhood carnivals and it wasn't all suburbian the so called ghetto areas didn't act ghetto or look it and had family and neighborhood carnivals. It was just so different back then. More of a positive attitude. I wonder what happened to our country in America.
Time for a revival, Phil! We want to see how everyone's changed over the years! Most of all we still love how this makes us feel. The concept was simple genius. Thank you!

There's nothing like old school r & b and disco! There was a joy to urban music back then that was lost by the later80's and 90's when rap and hip-hop took over. A whole different sensibility.
I also like how the kids get to dance with the parents, such an awesome thing to watch. At least they are not at home sitting around playing video games and throwing temper tantrums because they cannot get what they want. I really wish there was more of this going on in the world.
The mother and her two daughters were the best. Clean movements, fantastic. Other than those, that girl in front with glasses(3rd team), black baseball cap girl and long haired, blond kid with a headband were lit.

This makes me so happy. Everyone thank the choreo for a great performance. This took many, many hours and a lot of sweat and hard work to put together. All the students, and many of the family members, are great dancers all while giving their own personality to their moves. Kudos to the director who made it family inclusive. Well done to all involved.

Watch it again and check out the choreographer bopping in and out of the frame egging them on. There's a reason this track has so much energy. He is clearly into this and all of them and getting them to reach inside and put it out there. Kudos to all of them.. but don't forget their teacher

This makes me so happy. Everyone thank the choreo for a great performance. This took many, many hours and a lot of sweat and hard work to put together. All the students, and many of the family members, are great dancers all while giving their own personality to their moves. Kudos to the director who made it family inclusive. Well done to all involved.
This gives such good vibes. I love how everyone is encouraging each other, no judgement. I also love how families are having fun, relationships get better when you share a passion and have fun doing it together. I wish there are more studios like these, i would sign up with my son. 🥰❤️
