Jazakillahu khairan. This was a useful lesson as it helped me summarise and understand better what I have learnt recently in my course in Arabic Grammar. Also thank you for showing the part about certain words which have the definite article in Arabic but not in English such as Life is beautiful ....etc as sometimes I think I got confused but it is much clearer now. Alhamdulillah.

Thanks for your reply however I cannot decipher . أنه نل استحسان. Tried to use Google translate. Got several different translations. One funny one was umbilical.
Please can you translate it for me .
I appreciate your reply in Arabic as it makes me to find out what it means.

@@ahgsamsung3245 lol. Good question. Glad that it has earned your appreciation/liking.
naala نال to earn or get something
is-tiH-saan استحسان is liking something. You may already know حَسَن is good or the phrase حسناً as in alright/ok. iHsaan احسان as in doing charity and good deeds. :)

sister in the example of haza baitu, haza is meant to be subject ,see subject is what we are talking about, haza means ' this ' , how can haza be subject, i am in deep confusion,

A demonstrative is considered a noun in Arabic. It's called اسم الإشارة (a noun that indicates or points to something), so it can be a subject. IThe first part is This (is) and the second is a house, which tells what "this" is refering to. hope this clears things up.
