Aisin recomends the JWS3309 synthethic oil. But i heard from a dealer that it is beter to put mineral atf fluid wich is also red colored. Now wich one to use the original red synthethic jws3309 or the new mineral atf wich is also called atf F/G? Thank you for your advise.

You didn't talk about the plastic gasket/seals that you can find unther the bearings. And i saw some pro's use vaseline? when reassambling some parts?
