Questa volta siamo ospiti presso l'azienda agricola Allevamento Martin di Rocca Santa Maria (TE), per vedere all'opera la falciatura del triticale, assoluta novità per il canale, che verrà successivamente imballato e poi fasciato il tutto con lo scopo di alimentare bovini da latte.
In questo video vedrete la falciatura, mentre la pressatura la vedrete nel prossimo video.
Anche la pressatura verrà effettuata con trattore Deutz-Fahr & attrezzatura Pöttinger come in questo caso.
I protagonisti di questa falciatura saranno 2 falciatrici Pöttinger abbinate a questo trattore Deutz-Fahr 6190 TTV.
Le 2 falciatrici sono entrambe provviste di condizionatore, e quindi prendono il nome di Falciacondizionatrici.
Esse si distinguono dalle altre per la differenza di 2 rulli che schiacciano l'erba (in questo caso triticale) aaciugandola e scaricandola a terra sottoforma di andana che permette già la raccolta direttamente con l'imballatrice, come vedrete nel prossimo video, dove andremo ad imballare un paio d'ore dopo la falciatura direttamente senza l'uso del ranghinatore.
Dunque, anteriormente al trattore troviamo una Falciacondizionatrice Pöttinger Novacat Alpha Motion, con 6 dischi bilama e 3 metri di larghezza di taglio.
La posteriore è invece una Pöttinger Novacat 262 anche essa con 6 dischi di taglio con la differenza della metratura di lavoro, che in questo caso scende a 2,62 metri. Inoltre sia la frontale che la posteriore possiedono 2 dischi formaandana.
Per quanto riguarda invece il Deutz-Fahr 6190 TTV è un trattore prodotto nel 2012 a Launingen (Germany) alla Deutz-Fahr Arena ed è spinto dal propulsore 6 cilindri Deutz TCD 6,1 L06 4V, con iniezione Common-Rail DCR con 4 valvole × cilindro ed una cilindrata di 6057 cm3, con un erogazione della potenza di 193 cv massimi.
La trasmissione TTV è la trasmissione a Variazione Continua di Deutz-Fahr e prodotta dalla ZF.
