I remember when you used to have to twist Gideon's arm to get him to come with you, and recover him numerous times when he wandered off. Now I see him following along, getting involved, coming up with good ideas, smiling beautifully and spontaneously at the sense of accomplishment and his whole continence when you praise him is glorious to see.
This is what childhood is suppose to be like, and all of your kids are a testament to your good parenting choices and skills.
Thanks for sharing your family with the world. I find watching y'all so pleasant and therapeutic. I've already binge-watched most of your content over the years.

It thrills my heart that Mr. Brown has the desire to raise and take care of chickens…. Your older boys are working hard with what I call heavy equipment ….. Lilly’s desire to cook amazes me…. She cleans and then is out helping you…. Henry is a little sponge! He watches everything. Most parents would have a heart attack over having that “ boo-boo” and being barefooted in the fields without a bandage on it. Life on a homestead is dirty work…. and very busy at all times. Thank you Jason and Rebekah for turning your home into a classroom. You are giving your children a very valuable education as well as teaching homesteading to farmers everywhere…. Blessings 💕💕💕

Oh my goodness GIDEAN has matured so much this past year WELL of course all your children have. You have expanded your farm set up in oh so many ways that your kids have also branched outand it is so fun for us viewers to watch them all develop in so many directions.
I sure hope the tree survives. Arkansas black is my favoiite apple, too. I love how Gideon is enjoying raising chickens. I kind of don't see him staying on the homestead but maybe he will be a chicken farmer. Henry is at such a fun age, just saoking up everything he sees around him. II loved his reaction to that shirveled up rotten apple. That pond is going to be everyone's favorite spot one day.
Put a wetland natural filter system that you recirculate water through and you'll have crystal clear water. Just a thought.

We had fences around our trees. In winter, voles and moles ate all the lower bark off. The trees died. I recommend a black plastic trunk guard too. Hope your tree lives.

I'm so glad you got them machine's it keeps jonahs moral up, he might not be able to do a lot of the chores he wants, but that machine allows him to feel as if he is "pulling his part"

My physics classes had an annual cardboard canoe race where they had to make canoes that they rode in. The biggest problem beginning boaters make is to have too high of a center of gravity and the boat is tipsy. Hang a heavy weight on the very bottom of the boat. Most presentations don't show that the keel of a sailboat is very heavy, often filled with lead.

Justin, you can get a product, I think it’s called Wound Heal, that helps when you have damage to trees and when you prune them, as well. We had a maple that had a lot of damage from deer using it for a run. It worked great!
Most trees have a second set to f buds, so there’s hope
water. Water water. That Apple tree then it should be good. The key whenever a tree is moved or damaged is to over water it so it doesn't go into shock.
If studs hooves are over grown I encourage you to get them trimmed as it can be painful for cattle

Yes you can sear beef,chicken (it makes broth taste even better ) and pork.The saying is there is flavor in the brown that meat gets when you sear it.

Make sure you remove tags from around your trees, it will grow right through tree and damage if you don’t.

As the kids get older you’ll have to start buying them their own walkie talkies, and you all be on the same channel so you can talk and ask the basic questions without wasting time hiking across the homestead so often 😂
