no extra on switch like adding VLAN config for wan,lan,mgmt interface from SRX's ?

Yes, you should create vlans to separate the traffics /broadcast domain. All ports are access ports.

on your diagram it's 0/0/4 is reth 1 not 0/0/3. Would be good if you stuck to the diagram so not to bring confusion

Sorry for the mixup. It could be EVE-NG problem as physical interfaces connected does not translate to what you see on the CLI.
