*Lures looks very realistic even prunked my friends with it.Looks very durable **enjoyable.fishing** recommend sunk very good into the water.Cons: Storage package could be bigger.*
Thanks for the tips dude really set me in the right track of using the cranks. I went out this morning and got a 2 pounder after watching this.
LITTTTTTT
I think the retrieval speed for medium-deep diving crankbaits depends on time of year. In cold water and hot water when bass are more lethargic you wanna reel slow but in warm/ cool when bass are in more of a feeding frenzy you wanna fish it quicker, you'll get way more reaction strikes.
Thanks Tyler for a great reminder video.
Thanks Tyler for the tips! Gotta step up my crankbait game after watching this video!
I don't think i have ever saved a video so fast. This is gold. Thank you. Fellow Bank Cranker here from MD
For a young squirt, you've learned a lot. Kudos for very good presentation, too.
I appreciate that!
This is good information Buddy, Thank you!
Great content MTB and Tyler 💥💯
Awesome video man, very informative and helpful to the amateur hobby angler such as myself...I've been fishing for pea's lately, and so far the lipless crankbaits have been my most successful, but I know I am doing a few things wrong as my success rate isn't probably what it should be, which is why I am here watching this video! lol..Keep em coming dude!!
Thanks for this info. I've only used crankbaits & jerkbaits to fish but not known these details. Just trial & error for me. I'm learning other baits to fish from your other videos. Just recently subscribed. You explain things so well & simple.
Thanks Paul!
Great info especially on the lippless.
Yo Tyler! Love the vids!
Good tips. Caught my biggest fish yo-yoing a blade bait in deep water.
Thanks, this is a really good video, good info. I needed this. Ready to put them cranks in the lake now.
Tylers reel fishing is the best
Great info 🙏
Thanks Tyler. I just started bass fishing at the end of last season. I caught several monsters then. Now, I'm hooked. The ice has just thawed on my private lake in Northern Idaho. Went out the past couple of days just to practice throwing my new Lews Smash. I'm so ready to catch fish! You should come fishing with us. My neighbor has an air bnb vacation rental. Just sayin.
Got good tips pal.. nice 1👌
Thanks! Super video
I bought a MTB just because you guys had TRF in a video. This guy got me back into fishing!
Mannnnnnn!!!!, I was so wrong!!!!🤦.
Thank you so much for the advice dude!!!
Crankbaits are one of my confidents baits definitely a go to in the arsenal.
Greats tips will definitely use them when I can.
Heck yeah!
Awesome thanks
Good info, thnx
Nice! Always down for some tips! 🔥
On the deeper diving cranks, a slow gear ratio and fast retrieve speed catches way more fish than logs
I guess I am quite randomly asking but do anyone know a good website to watch newly released movies online?
@Marcel Kayden Lately I have been using Flixzone. You can find it by googling :)
@Conrad Quinn definitely, I have been watching on FlixZone for since march myself :D
@Conrad Quinn Thanks, signed up and it seems like a nice service :) I appreciate it!
@Marcel Kayden Glad I could help :)
Keep dem’ bangers coming! Huge Okeechobee shout out to the whole MTB fam!
one thing I didn't hear about speed was speed of reel? Are you using the same speed reel with all (3) baits? TY
This dude's teeth game is STRONG.
Tyler this was a great video. I've recently got more involved with crank bait fishing and have had some success but now I think It will improve.
Heck yeah!!
Wow Tyler the hairs looking good man. You should do a Jerry curl to it.
Thoughts on throwing lipless and squarebills in the Mach Crush rod? Its MH, but only rated 3/16 to 3/4 oz
It would work for sure
Do u attach that 10 pound fluorocarbon to braid
I am so proud of Tyler I mean I taught him a lot. Tyler soaked it up like a sponge to become a great angler.
Lol
If i did use mono on a medium heavy rod, would it really make a really big difference when i throw medium diver or a rat-l-trap overall?
No I think mono is what they are tested on
Say what u want but my 30lbs braid on my Vexan wasp in the perch color slays any fish in my area, hooks or strong enough they will last a life time, and my line will never fail I love letting the fish fight and drag out until I can just reel it in but the 30lbs braid ensures I will absolutely never lose my favorite lures
Wow thanks
well, it depends how the fish are I mean for crankbaits square bill and medium depth diving crankbaits, I found out that the faster it is the more bites I tend to get. Like slow works as well but other times you want to make the crankbait look afraid, or try to get away from the predator. Odds are, you will not be able to out reel a fish.
First time out with them and I caught fish!
I strongly disagree with the medium heavy rod part. Just my expieriences, I've lost fish of a lighter action rod because the back bone wasn't there, and I've never lost a fish on a MH. On the other hand, I upgrade all my hooks on mine, and never had that issue of bending hooks. But good content. 👍subscribed
Same here !
Agreed. All the pros use medium heavy rods anyway.
I think the issue is the wrong use of terminology, mixing action and power creates confusion, what Tyler is trying to recommend is to use a medium action rod instead of a fast action rod. Power of the rod relates to the backbone and the capacity of the rod to handle heavy lures and heavier fish target. Using a light power rod certainly not a good idea to catch big bass that can even break the rod.
@@expomm and I disagree with you there as well. I've caught plenty of big bass on lighter, smaller spinning gear. I've caught a 6.5 on 6 lb test on a crappie rod. If you are breaking rods fishing, then you probably should research on how to use your gear properly and learn how to set the drag.
@@Prostarter88 what’s your opinion on action type for crankbait? Will u go for fast action?
From Australia, I caught two Kingfish today. Using crankbaits.
What if you change the treble hooks out, then it can be set differently right?
It won't swim as tight or as loose as its supposed to be
@@tiklobazw1724 That makes sense, I didn’t think about that. Thanks!
🔥 advice my g now I know I used these baits wrong 😑 the last couple of times I went fishing smh 🤦♂️ keep making dope content homes big shoutout to all my Texas niggas slaying them fat sallies
My favorite thing to throw
I always reeled it fast but Reeling it fast to get it down there actually is not correct. I just got done listening to Lee sissons the inventor at bagley. He said that to get it to the deepest reel medium or slowly if not he says I won’t dive as far. Not kidding. 😂 I was wrong to👍🏼
Get that man Tyler to 200k for Christmas
Would be amazing!
but i used a lipless crankbait on like a medium to medium heavy with like 15 pound mono and i caught a bass :l and i set the hook and it went through the lip like butter
The hook should set easy even on a ML pole or a light pole, you just can't set it so hard you break the tip off
Always sharper hooks
I use a medium heavy now u got me questioning myself
If that’s what works best for you keep using it but definitely try out other rods to see what u like best
Me too with with 12lb mono line caught my first dd using this set up. Gnna try a medium heavy tho
Can you do video about what to use in different weather ❓

@@TylersReelFishing thanks 👍
🐡 👍🏽
But did he catch a fish with the tips he gave us
Keep it low and slow 💯
First
Didn’t catch any fish technique must have off a little 🤣😂😂😢
Point of the video wasn’t to catch fish! Was to point out mistakes
@@TylersReelFishing dude don't even respond to the trolls, all of us who are serious about fishing and creating content know you're a heck of a fisherman
Besides that guy doesn't even have one video uploaded, what a noob 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Catch fish
Start video , reel in fish after 10 minutes on line .nice
If you are a catch and release fisherman, you greatly increase the chances of survival for the fish if you keep it out of the water less than 10 seconds.
I make bass fishing videos too and put out tips and fishing videos-check them out. Keep up the good work.
Post em on the #followmefriday thread in Fishing Free-For-All on Facebook. Catch Co., Karl's, and MTB watch those vids tbh 👀
Dude was just flopping the fish for awhile in the intro 😂
Throw it,crank it,if they like it they will eat it, simple.
