You know, the Veloster is one of the VERY few cars I never thought looked good with a widebody. That is until I saw your build. This is the only pre-facelift V that I've seen with a widebody I actually like, and I REALLY like it!
Car looks great. I just took my 2015, Black, turbo out of storage, after 6 years. Just starting out with looking at modifications available. Only has 8,780 miles. Can’t wait to see what different mods are out there.

@@RamzaBeo “this Hyundai proudly reclaims the word fat”😂 I mean the back is very round and large (and especially with that “wide” body kit) and I thought that they were not sold in Australia, but they are as I have seen 4 velosters over the last couple of days, 2 black ones and an orange one. Someone even said that they have the aforementioned “bubble butt”, when 1 of the black ones was parked a couple of cars up from their, by coincidence, 24 i30 nline sedan in gray that I love to call the “the fake sports car”😂 Since the nline is all about looks, but the veloster makes me feel silly in comparison to the nlines aggressive angry looks
@@RamzaBeo like the actual N models of the velosters and the I20s have a more mischievous look with the i20n having a cutesy look to it (“it’s not a super car, it’s a super fun car” sounds kind of cringe in a funny way). They don’t have the intended aggressiveness of the sedan N tbh and idk about the Kona, as performance suvs ain’t my thing and I don’t like how Hyundai are continuing to try and make sporty suvs a thing with the ioniq 5 N and even the Tucson nline

I used the tow hook many times too pull people out in the winter including my dad's promaster van out of the snow one day that it was too deep for him too get through his own driveway lol... I have a 2" lift, 2" wheel spacers, 225 50 18s on my 2015 VT, straight piped, k&n intake... soon gonna get smaller rims and bigger tires, that spoiler in this video, and the mbrp exhaust then im set!!

I'm going to be very honest here: I hate that spoiler and ones like it. It's too "yeah, I did it for looks and follow that crowed" and the tow hook. I think the tow hook will never be used 99% of the time on these cars and people just do it "cause, it looks cool, I'm with that crowed". But everything else he's done looks great, love it. Sharp!
Agreed ! I want to mod my Veloster really bad but just under the hood and get a wide body kit. The spoiler my wife likes it a lot but I think the door already heavy enough 🤣

i used the tow hook on mine once while on a rally through the mountains, thankfully my guy in the 2jz swap silverado pulled me out. 1 inch more i wouldve rolled the whole car

went through 3 of these in 2 years. every single one a piston rod whatever shot through my engine due to a hyundai defect with these engines (connecting rod bearing failure) all around 160,000 miles. will NEVER buy another hyundai again hyundai completely avoided touching all 3 with every ounce of energy they had. its a well known issue they neglect to tell you about. oil changes done every 2900 miles. these were my dream cars i took great care of them. im in $39,000 debt because hyundai is a crap company. be careful. WORST experience ever trying to buy my first "new" car.

So much rice. An automatic.. probably doesn't have any performance mods. It has the cheapest exhaust and intake you can buy for the car aswell.
Get rid of the ugly wing and it would actually start to look good.

its a DCT atleast, not a CVT,. The dual clutch way more responsive then a standard automatic
Realistically for the average person who doesn't have prefect shifts, the only downside is the system will automatically shift if you rev too high for too long
can't redline on lower gears
DCT is only limited also when you add too much power, rumours say over 40 hp is when problems happen on the DCT,
So 240hp
Most of these are cosmetic/audible mods anyways
