When Sen. Reynolds urges his daughter, shallow society maven Jo McBain , to join the Women's Army Corps, she enlists under the belief that she'll be given special privileges -- like a Paris transfer for a rendezvous with her new flame, Lt. Col. Sky Fairchild. But when the Army treats Jo like a regular private, she is outraged. Meanwhile, pinup model Clara joins the service to gain respect, and the two women form an unlikely friendship.

Shallow society maven Jo mcbain ( Rosalind Russell) is urged by her father, a United States senator to join the women’s army corps,she enlists under the mistaken belief that she’ll be given special privileges-like a Paris transfer for a rendezvous with her new boyfriend, lieutenant colonel sky Fairchild.but when the army threat treats her like a regular private,she is outraged! Meanwhile,pinup model Clara ( Marie Wilson) joins the service to gain respect,and the two women t forms an unlikely friendship! Ms mcbain’s ex-husband ( Paul Douglas) is still in the service, but wearing civilian clothes instead of a uniform! Along the way,she slowly learns it is like to be in the army and it leads to a delightful conclusion at the end of the flick! Good film ! 🎥 👍👀😀😀😀😀🤣🤣
