DO YOU HAVE THE SON?
“He that hath the Son hath life; and he that hath not the Son of God hath not life” (1 John 5:12 KJV). Look at today’s Scripture, and notice its simplicity. If you have God’s Son Jesus Christ, you have life. If you do not have God’s Son, you do not have life. The Bible could not be more straightforward!
While every breathing human being has physical life, how many have spiritual life? “Few.” The Lord Jesus explained: “Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat: because strait [small] is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it” (Matthew 7:13,14).
According to the Lord Himself, many people will go to hell and few will go to heaven. Why?
Many people have gone (and will go) to hell because they have chosen to remain dead in their sins (Ephesians 2:1-3). “The wages of sin is death” (Romans 6:23a)-the rewards of sin is physical death and spiritual death (hellfire). But, we can be saved from our sins and hell by trusting Jesus Christ alone as our personal Saviour.
Jesus Christ paid our sin debt by dying for us and as us, and He was raised again for our justification (1 Corinthians 15:1-4). By faith, we accept His resurrection life, eternal life.
Whether in Israel’s program, or our Dispensation of Grace, salvation is only found in Jesus Christ. The Apostle John wrote to Israel: “he that hath the Son hath life” (today’s Scripture; cf. John 3:36). Our Apostle Paul wrote in our dispensation: “but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord” (Romans 6:23b).

Something that has been on my mind since the Acts study regarding "church" being a called out assembly, and the "mystery" being the "body of Christ".
Ephesians 1:10 "Will gather..."
Ephesians 1:20-21 "... in that which is to come:"
Ephesians 1:22 "... to be the Head..."
To me this reads future.
So ... if a church is a called out assembly of people ... I question if man has the authority to consider us a church yet?
Ephesians 2:6 "... raised us up together"
We aren't truly gathered together until the rapture or the calling away of the body of Christ.
When Christ comes for his body at the rapture, then we are truly, spirituality called to assemble together with Him.
Ephesians 3:9 "... fellowship of the mystery,"
Ephesians 3:10 "... heavenly palaces might be known by the church ..."
Ephesians 1:20-23 "... the fullness of him ..."
Seems to me that we are not considered a church until we are gathered?
I love it when you call us saints because I believe that is more towards the truth.
Only God knows who His true saints are ... and only He can assemble us into His true church.
Only God will be able to know ones true heart in order to be accepted into the body of Christ.
Anyway ... just my thoughts. :0)
AWSEM! i never could understand why the body of CHRIST WOULD HAVE A GLORIFIED BODY, AND THEN COME BACK DOWN TO EARTH, HOWEVER IF YOU ARE CORRECT BROTHER, WE WILL BE WITHOUT HIM FOR 1000 YEARS, THAT KINDA MAKES ME SAD, CONTINUE YOUR MINISTRY TILL WE ARE CAUGHT UP WITH HIM, TAKE CARE BROTHER! ❤❤❤
We won't be without Him; He is GOD. We cannot imagine the capabilities available to us once we're raptured, it's beyond our understanding. GOD wants to be with us, that's the whole idea....to be with Him forever! mystery indeed. Can't wait !

you got my wheels turning...haha. Prophecy indicates that David will be resurrected along with many other old testament Saints and the tribulation Saints as well; Israel. I don't see anything that says Jesus will be "confined" to the earth for 1000 years while He reigns as KING over kings. That said, it's possible that "GOD" can be ruling over both heaven and earth at the same time using His body and Israel. Plus, the bible doesn't say we are confined to heaven only, just that we will be ruling over the heavenly gov't with Jesus. So, with God anything is possible. We shall see ! This is all my opinion of course; either way, it's going to be better than what we have now that's for sure. Can't wait. peace and grace !
