The thing about the supers is that they're basically nerfed versions of their original forms, losing the boosts for a harder requirement only obtainable in the middle of the run and really only once per battle. While it is fast and has a long duration, the characters pause for the transforming animation, forcing you to use most of your boost playing catch-up.

La verdad me sorprende q con Tanto Nerf el Phantom Dash siga siendo tan buena opción
Pero su consumo de Rings está muy injustificado ante su duración y velocidad
Sin mencionar q el Turbo rompe su descripción la cual dice q este consume Rings al alcanzar la máxima potencia
Lo cual no pasa ya q actualmente los empieza a consumir antes :b

slugger sonic boost and darkspine are long boost but slugger sonic last longer, but darkspine sonic is faster so choose between long lasting boost vs fast boost example eggman boost last longer than sonics but sonics boost is faster so sonics boost is better choose replie down below choose between long slow boost or fast short boost.

Y comparto opinión con otros en que los mejores boost son la Super Forma, Impulso Fantasma, Turbo Rítmico/Turbo de Graves, y el Home Run. ¡Saludos Sawyer!
P.D.: ¿Cuál es tu boost favorito?
Excellent video Sawyer, quite interesting and very useful. I think that in some boosts the duration is compensated by the speed (as is the case with Sonic). And I agree with others that the best boosts are Super Form, Phantom Dash, Beat Boost/Bass Boost, and Home Run. Greetings Sawyer!
