I'd suggest that Hyper Sonic and Hyper Shadow should be Special because they are not evil. I thought Evil characters were Challenger. But the Movie Hyper Sonic was funny. Also, the Tails Doll should be Challenger. Thanks
Some others commented on this as well, but I wouldn't classify the Challenger rarity as just being for the villains, I like to think of it as another rarity beyond Super Rare, like an Ultra Rare rarity, if that makes sense. I also kinda don't want Super Sonic and Hyper Sonic to be in the same rarity lol
And considering Tails Doll is like the "Metal Tails" of the trio (along with Metal Sonic and Metal Knuckles), I thought would be better to put him as Super Rare with Metal Sonic

Movie Shadow and Super Shadow, highly likely to come. The pirate Sonic maybe but instead of Captain Shadow put in Dread Knuckles. Fake Metal Sonic would be hype af but we will most likely get Neo Metal first, and I am still shocked we didn't get an extreme gear Sonic yet. As for the others, I don't see them coming anytime soon, if at all. Atleast the ones from this episode

But whatever pops out I'll be ok with it and movie super shadow to be challenger to be the strongest than mephiles and infinite plus the hypers being challengers will be the best thing due to higher competition, otherwise great video

I don't think a character has to be evil to be Challenger rarity, but maybe it could be "Ultra Rare" rarity or something

Abilities:
Bone Throw: Throws a bone ahead, dealing damage to opponents who hit it
Gaster Blaster: Fires a Gaster Blaster behind a random opponent
Bone Zone: Sets 3 cracks on the ground, activating Bones coming out of it when an opponent steps on one
they should add a little tweaks for super silver, like his speed becomes 9 his acceleration 7 and his strength stays the same
I think I'd rather stick with the usual formula of stats staying the same and only the boost changing
6 6 6 stats would be fine I guess
My new characters:
Mighty
Fire mine
Invincibility and it's new move dash: has Mighty charge up a spin-dash at runners ahead, if charged all up I'll track down em instead of being limited to them onfront.
Ray: tornado and new glide: has ray do a tail slap and then gets a sweet boost of speed for a while. It takes 20 rings and the boost is fast as the sneakers dash.

Hares how it might really look like we start off as super sonic but he's not going fast and we collect 80 rings and turn hyper
For hyper (my idea is)
Combat item:Increase speed & the item name is added 'Prism'.Also the item is have multi color in item thumbnail and also when we launch the damage to rivals.
Boost item:Just added the damage on hyper boost so it's difference with super form.Also when rivals damaged by hyper boost their got shining screen effect like tikal captive light.But the rings cost is high one tho.I think it must be 70 rings to make him as challenger (You know? Challenger always the op one)
Trap item:Just the original one

The 100 rings cost is mainly to balance out Super Form and Hyper Form. Supers would have less risk, less reward, while Hypers would have more risk, more reward, if that makes sense.

Good Ideas:
Sally Ancorn, Mighty the Armadillo, Ray the Flying Squirrel, Cosmo the Seedrian, Scouge the Hedgehog and Fiona The Fox
Another idea, maybe they could also add Metal Knuckles.
Fake metal which seems to be from heroes has one change I'd add calling it zombot sonic or just zombot would make sense since it's moves add the metal effect
Tails doll should have natural levitation like E-102 y "gamma"
Now for some ideas apologies if I have a similar idea to others in the comments
Shadow android (yellow stripe black fur):a black arms sword that slashes across 3 lanes, chaos control as boost, satellite gun a weapon that locks on to an opponent and blasts stretching to the lanes next to it:
Mangy (Boscage Maze tails)[is always on all fours so goes under thing's like zap traps]
Sticks the badger:boomerang a projectile that goes a set distance then comes back, boost that puts her on all fours and let's her travel under things like baby sonic:
Sonia the hedgehog:sonia spin for boost think a damaging boost when passing a player with a half second lag at beginning for wind-up, keyboard a projectile that shoots 3 times:
Manic the hedgehog: pit pocket steals an opponents trap, drumstick boomerangs same as sticks but with a different model, wind boost on hover board:
Knuckles the dread
Shade the echidna(no helmet)
Dr. Starline
Marine the raccoon
Mighty the armadillo
Ray the flying squirrel:something like hover wisp for boost:
Shadow android (purple stripe steel body)

Turbo : Jet Bazooka: This item allows Luffy to launch a powerful blast of compressed air that can knock down a single opponent or a large obstacle. It is a melee attack item that has a low chance to hit, but does a lot of damage and knockback. It also has a long cooldown and consumes a lot of rings when using it.
Trap: Broadside Summon a line of cannons and fire away to destroy your rivals!

If you create a next part, my concept-
Infinity Sonic (this character DOES NOT exist, so here's how he looks: he looks like darkspine, has those 2 spikes in his hair which are blue colored, he wears an infinity necklace around his neck and his completely black eyes, and his overall color is Red)
Stats : 10/7/9
Attack: Infinity Ball- unleash an infinite shaped ball at your rivals which send your opponents to a whole new world! (Just like the infinite effect)
Boost: Infinity Embrace- use the power of the Infinity necklace and speed down the track, being the fastest their ever was! (Like super form, but faster, consumes more rings and starts almost immediately unlike super form which takes a long loading time)
Trap: Dark Mine- get this mine out for your rivals, if any of them crashes into it, the next item they use will be consumed! (Has thd Mephiles attack effect and damages like explosive mine)
Rarity: SPECIAL

You know how in 3 u pretty much teleport with hyper? Definitely make it as fast as super sonic but you do that now and to make it even more broken you can teleport with no rings but like ifinites it'll decrease it so use it wisely
Just to be clear I mean he'll only teleport he won't because hyper sonic I mean he won't boost anyway since he will for like a split second because of this your not gonna wanna use it often like maybe once or twice

Sonic Forces: Speed Battle x Ristar
I feel that SfSB should DEFINITELY add Collabs. I get it they did one with the movie, sonic prime, but I mean OTHER FRANCHISES. I would love Ristar to make an appearance.

cool characters! liked the characters! but how about making hyper sonic not being faster, the same speed as super form but it replaces ice mine with another item called Hyper Dash, this is from sonic 3 & knuckles, it makes the screen flash a bit of light, any rival cab get tikal's captive light effect (white color instead of yellow) and when players are near this projectile they get the electric effect too (it can only be used in hyper form) and if it is a bit op then it's fine since he should be a challenger and for hyper shadow and movie hyper sonic nah they aren't even canon and I'm sure there will be no hyper sonic in the movie, for hyper shadow we haven't even got hyper sonic in other games than just sonic & knuckles! so Idk.
edit: also for extreme gear sonic I think he should be rare since jet is an even better rider than sonic and he is rare.

Your Hyper Sonic idea sounds awesome! I didn't want to change anything other than the boost for my idea to make it more consistent with the Super Form.
And yeah I was just being silly with Hyper Shadow and Movie Hyper Sonic, I know they don't and probably never will exist in the game or movie canon.
I considered making Extreme Gear Sonic "Rare", but it didn't seem right to have an alternate outfit of a character classified as anything other than Special tbh
