Shoulder Workout - Superset For Front Delts

  • Today was a chest, shoulders, and triceps workout. I wanted to share a superset I performed for my front delts during the shoulder portion of the workout.
    I performed alternating dumbbell front raises (20 reps each arm) followed by what I call a planche press bodyweight exercise. It was an awesome "burn" on my front delts!
