Motaholic ,, Outstanding documentaries you produce for us, thank you. I just want to share with everyone my time in a van in NZ. It was minimal & the best time in my life
Hi Nick, Thank you for this nice tour of this Benivan 144 from Benimar, a nice couples Van with a double bed in the back with a lot of storage under it i am imprest by the bathroom with shower and toilet but also a little sink in the corner and a compact kitchen but fully stockt great Thanks Nick a very nice show 👍👍👍👍👍
Brilliant little van! Reasonably priced with all the modcons for a weekend away. I would just want a custom mattress for a good night’s sleep but love how you can take the table out! More room inside! ❤🎉❤
Saw the Benimar vans and campers in Dusseldorf fair but they have really great build quality and feels like it too. Great value for money compared to many others. Hope they prove it over coming years
Evening Nick, what a nice van and automatic too! Would suit me and the price wow! With that saving you could if wanting splash out on any extras you wanted. Nice vid and very nice van. Cheers nick for the tour.
This is a cracking little vehicle, space is well used. One thing I want to ask is why Fiat seem to be so popular as opposed to Renault or Peugeot? This van would be handy for weekends away or something similar, another great video Nick.
My van was CALLED DAISY simply because the curtains had daisies on them, and it had zero luxuries, we had the most intense memories with this little van
Lots packed in here. Although travels with four but sleeps two is always a bit jarring. Still, well appointed for the price. One disappointing thing - there's no built-in chimney to facilitate Santa! 😆Have a lovely Christmas 🎄
Some owners use their compact vans as a second car during the week, and they sometimes need those extra 2 passenger seats, but they only need room for 2 people to sleep when they go camping.
Because it’s made in Europe and it’s not worth the time and cost of converting the layout to move the sliding door to the left hand side. Nearly every van made on the European mainland and sold in Britain is the same.
Having seen this, it would be nice know why the almost identical Carrado Campervan 540 Pro (+pop top and awning) that Nick reviewed was a massive £19,000 more? The bizarre world of motorhome pricing (slap on any number and hope it'll stick) is very strange, especially when so many designs share a common chassis that accounts for most of the vehicle's value.
Personally I wouldn’t have a Fiat van but 61k seems almost unbelievable given the base price of an automatic van before even considering the cost of the conversion.
More affordable yes maybe! But a bit of a dogs dinner of a set up inside to be honest…especially if you were somebody who was a big fan of greggs pies…you would struggle with the bathroom facilities and especially the bed ! 😃
The only thing that bothers me is that the LPG stickers are on at a 45% angle. They're supposed to be oriented like a diamond. The cylinder should be vertical. 😠
Lots of reasons. Imagine taking the grandchildren for a day out at the beach for example. No obligation to sleep in it just because you've travelled in it.
Terrible design.. Getting in and out of Bed would be difficult for the more senior members… Travels with four sleeps Two so why didn’t they just design the inside for two people that would have freed up a huge amount of space.
You want to take the kids to school. You and three mates are going mountain biking for the day and want to use the camper van facilities for a warm up and a cup of tea. You and two others are going surfing this afternoon, want a mobile changing room. You're taking the grandkids to the beach for the day. A million reasons why you might be wanting to travel with four even though you're not all sleeping in it that night. 🤷🏻♂
If, as you say, they are 'vastly overpriced', why is there no one making these for whatever the figure is you think should be possible and absolutely wiping the floor with every other manufacturer to become the greatest campervan and motorhome builder in the world? 🙂 It's almost like it's not actually possible once you factor in the cost of the factory purchase or rent, rates, electric, heating, lighting, a workforce, development costs, tooling costs, marketing costs, insurance, product liability, and all the many many other business expenses that businesses in the real world have to cover.
This is great! Fantastic packaging and clever thinking about practical details. Did not expect a full size bathroom with shower at this size!

For the price point, this is fantastic. Many thanks for the tour (as always). 🍷
Always a pleasure! 🙂
What a great feature packed van for the size, I love everything about this one. Great tour Nick thank you.
Great van; value with all mod cons! Thanks Nick for the tour.

Very nice value for the money! Thanks for the tour Nick!
Thanks for watching!
Much better van than ones that cost a hell of a lot more .
Well equipped, & great price. Very impressive.
Nice and compact nick and good for job it was designed for
Great video Nick, Merry Christmas and a happy New Year😀
Thanks, you too!
I owned a Benimar Mileo 243 automatic and a lovely van to drive - I think this may be my next purchase. Thanks for this :)

You're very welcome! 🙂
Very merry Christmas to all ! !
Great video, thanks. Would have liked to have seen the bed folded up and the space that would create.
Thanks for the share Nick.
My pleasure!
Really like that, a great weekender. Could do to be able to convert the seating area into a kids bed and an awning, otherwise perfect.
Nice for a couple has everything you need. Just not sure about the comfort in the bedroom with the split mattress. Thanks Nick 👌

For the money it looks fantastic value
Self-explanatory the bathroom, maybe but I did like the layout. As you say Nick very well appointed. Didn't mention solar capacity.
My van was CALLED DAISY simply because the curtains had daisies on them, and it had zero luxuries, we had the most intense memories with this little van

You too!
Looks great and very affordable..
My Benimar low profile 201 is wonderful 😊
Fantastic van for the price
Nothing not to like about it. It's simple, but it's good.
Good value for money including shower. Could be a sales hit.
Great 👍 Review as always
I appreciate that!
Very nice but I like more room in the bigger motorhomes
Nicely appointed
I really like this, almost perfect for what l want to do. My only concern is the bed length, I’m 6’4”. Anyone know how long it is?
I'd love a small camper for day trips.
Great van but why travel with 4 and sleep 2 might as well get rid of the extra seats and make more room for a bigger shower or a hanging wardrobe 🤔
Some owners use their compact vans as a second car during the week, and they sometimes need those extra 2 passenger seats, but they only need room for 2 people to sleep when they go camping.
At last,something that's a realistic price
What you forgot to mentionvwas the oil and filter change procedure on this van.
the sliding door is on the wrong side for the UK
This is really interesting. Sliding doors on the right side, but the steering wheel on the right side too?? Why? Very unusual!
Because it’s made in Europe and it’s not worth the time and cost of converting the layout to move the sliding door to the left hand side. Nearly every van made on the European mainland and sold in Britain is the same.

Nobody 'slaps on a price and hopes it'll stick'. Any business in any field operating like that wouldn't last five minutes.
Great value.
Personally I wouldn’t have a Fiat van but 61k seems almost unbelievable given the base price of an automatic van before even considering the cost of the conversion.
Fiat base is one of, maybe the best one out there. (Next to mercedes i think)
More affordable yes maybe! But a bit of a dogs dinner of a set up inside to be honest…especially if you were somebody who was a big fan of greggs pies…you would struggle with the bathroom facilities and especially the bed ! 😃
Easily resolved, buy a bigger one.
@ point taken ! 😁
What watch is that?... Very nice as usual
Thank you, Spinnaker Dumas Blue Yonder.
Can u find any campervan could fit a motorcycle for trackdays event?
Sliding door on the wrong side
The only thing that bothers me is that the LPG stickers are on at a 45% angle. They're supposed to be oriented like a diamond. The cylinder should be vertical. 😠
I could see it giving people sleepless nights.......
Ticks all the boxes.
Is it me, or are these vans becoming more affordable?
When you consider the grand cali is £50k more I’m inclined to agree. This is a nice van for the cost.
I like that
I don’t understand the point in travelling 4 and sleeping 2…
Use a tent perhaps.
Lots of reasons. Imagine taking the grandchildren for a day out at the beach for example. No obligation to sleep in it just because you've travelled in it.
No mirror wave???? Soooo disappointed... ;-)
Crew quarters? Engine room? Fly bridge? You need to improvise Nick.
All New 2025 Model Year Models will feature a New Front Grille Design
Have I seen this guy selling boats?
Nope, not me. 🙂
If it travels 4 then it should sleep 4 not 2
Why?
I e this van !
Terrible design.. Getting in and out of Bed would be difficult for the more senior members… Travels with four sleeps Two so why didn’t they just design the inside for two people that would have freed up a huge amount of space.

Good value?
Hardly,its 60 grand for a van,a van!
As nice as they are they are vastly overpriced.
If, as you say, they are 'vastly overpriced', why is there no one making these for whatever the figure is you think should be possible and absolutely wiping the floor with every other manufacturer to become the greatest campervan and motorhome builder in the world? 🙂

Bargain
great but shown the bed up would have been better
