Blade’s character story 4 straight up says that his hands are actually ruined (describing them as no linger dexterous and saying he can no longer doing the crafting he used to). So, it’s more like he likely does not want to upset Silver Wolf by telling her that he can’t.
Blade seems to be a surprisingly chill dude so long as you aren't on his or the SH's hit list.
Geppie would be the best choice, he would totally love to go to the farmers market together and would be protective. I feel like he would be that really close friend you would hold hands with while you walk around, but your not in a relationship or anything. I imagine if you were sick or just working on something in your room, he would just check in on you and ask what you want for dinner

Sth I have learned is that guys who have confident sisters and they get along well, it is VERY likely he's a great man and Gepard has at least 2 sisters.
He is protective but not overbearing (he respects Serval & her decisions), he wouldn't be awkward about a female roommate bc if you grow up with sisters stuff like periods is just normal, he can cook & isn't messy. All in all, Gepard would be a S+ roommate.
Welt would definitely be a SSS, he's an old man with a child soul, so he would not decline you for some a hangout and he enjoys his games with the young'ns

Jing Yuan has top tier roommate qualities to me. He loves animals, has this calm and soothing energy and seems to caring (like bringing chicken broth soup on his way home from work if his roommate is sick). And if it wasn't just something he said to smacktalk, he also has a garden (just a comment in a certain boss fight about the weed in his garden being more troublesome or something... I'm so bad with quotes) so his place sounds nice.
He has a voice line where he complains about the weeds in his gardens (ever since release), so it wasn't just smacktalk but he actually has a garden!
And he's the General, he could easily hire 10 gardeners, so that weeds bother him heavily implies he's personally tending to his garden.

She literally tells you not to ask question bc she can't tell you anything confidential and then when you ask regardless she just makes up stuff.
She also says that Yanqing is a Vidyadhara at one point and that all the guards are the same person so if you ever see one of their faces, they will all magically cease existing. So yeah, Jing Yuan being a professional comedian and Yanqing being his comedian in training is almost certainly made up.

Fun lil fact about Kafka and blade (both of them will literally sit in the dark when you enter (kafka probably enjoys ppls reactions)). Silverwolf mentions this when she is inside the train one of the times

And if I'm not mistaken, Silver Wolf is the only one who wouldn't wait for you in the dark (Kafka/blade) or kill you before you turn on the light (Sam), she would probably go after you instead of waiting for you by being more direct.
Blade is an introvert, he wouldn't actively talk to others but could still hold a decent conversation and he doesn't seem to be the kind that kill people unreasonably but rather only does it on missions. Kafka on the other hand is cannonly depicted as a sociopath who wouldn't feel anything upon taking lifes so you should look out for her more.
In other words, if you exclude the moments of mara. Blade is safer to be around than kafka.
i have a housemate like Sampo
we don’t really know what he does but he always brings home random snacks. He often leaves in the middle of the night and comes back like 3 days later and brings home random objects to “fix”
He leaves because he has to make sure that Hoyo doesn’t notice he’s gone from HSR

You can tell Kafka without makeup has office lady energy. She’s definitely the type to separate work and home. I get the feeling I would be taking care of her after a long day of work, massaging her and cooking her a warm meal. She’s crazy into fashion and jackets too, we could totally go to the mall and shop together. She’s really chill, plus I get to see her without makeup everyday.
Dude just wants to be Kafka's housewife and honestly I can relate.

A note about Natasha: she is EXTREMELY organized, she has been running an orphanage for a decade, a secret militia for a few years and A clinic all simultaneously, yet, everything works like a well oiled machine, I think she'd be on the same level as Gepard.
A note about Yang: He would definitely not reject hanging out, he may be an old man, but inside he is a young lad. He spent most of his life fighting off the enemies of humanity and now after the war is over, he is unleashing that pent up inner child, it's literally an inside joke in the game that he wants to go on every mission because he wants to have fun. He is also very artsy and loves drawing and sculpting. He'd also have a movie or gaming marathon with you and bring the snacks.
Himeko is the roommate who somehow still has more fun then you while being a designated driver
I’d choose Dan Heng. We’re both chill, he’d mind his own business. I feel like he’ll be there beside me if I am having a bad day. Yeah, he might be a bit messy but so am I, but I feel like from time to time he’d like take care of the mess so it’s no that messy. He’d also pay the rent in time, he just gives off like this calming and chill aura that I like. I’m introverted so I like someone calm and who just minds their own business but is also able to talk a bit with me when I want to. So yeah, Dan Heng’s my choice.

I also think Seele would be a friendly but messy roommate, on account of her normally living in a tent in the mines, thou personally I'd still keep her in "we never talk, it's awkward/would actively hide from her in my room" mainly because she's kind of my fictional-crush and I would _not_ survive having her as *just* my roommate

I'd personally like Jing Yuan since its a nice level of chill i can deal with and he will be sweet. The only issue i see, is him sleeping a little too much and the amount of birds around the house. Other than that, i wouldn't mind doing chores if he forgets, intentionally or not.

Dan Heng doesn't leave his door locked or avoid people. He lets you in his room which is constantly unlocked. He doesn't care about his privacy in there at all. He just also doesn't go out of his way to interact with people, either. So whether Dan Heng is a ghost or not depends on if you are a ghost or not. If you're a ghost, you won't talk to him, or go in his room, so he'll become a ghost as a result.
According to Geppie Serval is quite messy. When you're hiding out in her workshop and he shows up she uses spring cleaning as an excuse yo try to get rid of him and he just goes "Spring cleaning? You?" And immediately decides thats a lie to try to hide illegal research from him.
Welt Strikes me more as a tea kind of guy

I’m definitely a Himeko roommate person, but I wouldn’t mind somebody like Jing Yuan. I wouldn’t be able to room with Serval because I’d be too head over heels for her. I guess Welt would also do, but he’s a little old for me to get along with.
March would be a good roomie, but we’d never have topics to talk about. Like, she’s a photography student already owning a successful studio, I’m a STEM student that desperately needs help setting up this 3D printer.
On the other hand, Himeko is an areospace student and rebuilt the Astral Express, Serval is an inventor and Jing Yuan a military genius.

Fu xuan is very talkative in story, she will do anything herself even if she need a help, but she doesnt want to ask you 😂 and shes smart, shes next candidate general. She will mad at you if you dont do your obligation in your dorm
Serval would be PERFECT, looking into her personality you’d think she would be messy, but looking into her actual place shes relatively clean.
Sampo the kind of guy to miss 3 weeks of rent while out on a "business venture" and then mysteriously shows up a week later with 2 months worth of rent from what he says were "...definitely legal and moral business affairs my dear friend".
Also, Kafka would 100% be kinda creepy for most people high-key, she'd just casually stare at you and go on about how everything you do is just "...part of the script..."
Ngl as much as I love Kafka, as much of a bad bitch that she is...she's basically a hot fortune teller posing as a bounty hunter.

Besides Kafka I would probably pick Bronya to be my roommate. I've lived other girls like her and tbh it's kinda nice once you get to know them. Everything is in order, they're open to talking about new things, and to top it all off she already has a platonic love interest. Honestly, she'd be super easy to talk to and approach+is organised, that's a perfect roommate imo
Himeko would absolutely be the most amazing roomate, she would buy you breakfast, wake you up with coffee ready, talk about your problems, she would be like that loving older friend who is sort of like a mom but respects your boundaries as a friend.
Welt is basically the male version of himeko except he would keep to himself more, but still would look out for you from a distance, like if you had trouble with homework for college he would politely help you then continue on doing whatever he's doing
I feel like me and welt would just vibe me and him have very similar personalities he has a lot of wisdom and hed be able to protect the house from intruders bc hes a herrsher he would be organized he would be respectful responsible and funny at the same time all around (for me at least) top of sss

If Kafka and Blade were your roommates, Kafka would do that thing like “shhhh Bladie, this isn’t you, just look at me.” When Blade is mad and I’d get sick of it 😭 lowkey like one of those couples in the line at an amusement park, there foreheads pressed together in line that you look at like 😐. And then when Kafka wasn’t around he’d just ignore you.
Welt and Luocha seem like a good roommate cause first of all , they're neat. Kinda old school but helpful cause you can ask them a lot of things .
I honestly would pick Welt. He is calm and collected most of the times and seems like the knowledgeable type of guy. There is also his side that he loves adventures which is often shown in HSR where he and Himeko sIt on the Astral Express and he expresses his yearning to go on Adventures. I think he would be a pretty chill roommate
Jing Yuan (at least EN version) would also be amazing at tech support given that his VA is Cy Yu

Thing about Hook is, you may have to take care of her, but she’s genuinely well-behaved and good to her father, wishing to do everything she can for him. Her and her group also help out the community, and their shenanigans are nothing more than little pranks or fun games. If there’s a word to describe her, she’d actually be like, the perfect daughter.
Now Luocha… that guy scares me. And you know why.
As for Welt, the man is an animator. You bet your ass I’d have him as a roommate in a heartbeat. Hands down, no cap, all day every day, he’s now my uncle.
i think jing yuan would be my ideal roommate. hear me out i know he can be lazy and kinda airheaded but i like that he might forget to take out the trash or feed the cats from time to time bc someone too meticulous and strict would make me feel on edge, lord knows i wouldnt be the perfect roommate either so someone to bicker with about whose turn it is to do the dishes would be more comfortable for me. and despite it all hes definitely still someone i can depend on since he is a general after all so i know he will maintain a degree of mutual respect and responsiblity and do whats expected of him in the end. hes the perfect combination of mature and silly goofy and we know he has a knack for observing and reading situations (as a general does) so i feel like he would be really great at reading the room to find the balance between creating a friendship and knowing when to leave me the hell alone, he would honour my privacy but would totally be down for a movie/game night or a serious chat if i ever need an ear. damn now i really want to live with him :/
The characters that I think could totally be the best roommate for me would sure be Trailblazer (both genders), Arlan and Dan Heng.

I haven't finished the video yet so maybe you address this later, but i think you misplaced Clara. She is basically a machine prodigy. Meaning when things stop working in the house, like the fridge, a/c, washing machine, etc, Clara will fix that up easy. & she is also VERY respectful of people and loves to be helpful so i can't see her leaving a mess behind bc she wouldn't want to inconveniance or upset her roommate. She'd likely do her robot fixing outside & not bring it indoors unless it was an emergency.
Plus Svarog totally doubles as the world's most advanced security system. lol. He'd never sleep & always be scanning for danger. As long as you & Clara are tight, he'd protect you as well. So imo, Clara would probably be in the Good Roommate category.
Dan Heng is enough for me. His archive is treasure and he is so calm and smart. We could talk lot of topics till late night. Simple yet beautiful and meaningfull. But, Gepard also another choice. Gentleman to the truest.

I’d be fine with Blade since he keeps to himself, Silver Wolf would be annoying, but she’d be fine to deal with. Kafka is a different story. She’d probably manipulate me into doing all the chores.

Welt is probably the most approachable guy out there, if anything, he goes to people to help them cause that what he likes doing. Hell he most likelt the guy who built the house or building, not cause he's rich, but cause he has creative mode.
Herta and Silver Wolf are both snarky and don’t care about you. But if you catch their attention, you’re in for a treat. If you do any engineering or computer science you’re guaranteed to learn a ton because of them. If you’re smart (like me) you could definitely geek out with those two, and occasionally help each other in weaker areas. Silver Wolf and I would stay up gaming, go to the arcade and win tons of prizes, and draw graffiti all over the place. She’s a fun person because she see life as one, as stated a few times in the game.
I think gepard would be my best roommate, I’m messy but I think he’d be fine cleaning up my slack while also getting me to clean with him

I totally agree the March is top tier roommate material like we'd be spilling the spicy hot tea at like midnight fr. I'm interested to see if Dan Heng acts a little differently in the next update bc we know more about his past now so maybe he'd feel less like he has to hide, I'm a nerd and would spend hours going through the archive for fun, it would probably be deep intellectual conversations but could vibe. Honestly I'm just a personality mix of Dan Heng and March so the three of us would be a good trio, might be slight chaos but what is life without a little fun?

If you managed to get on Bronie's good side, I feel like she'd casually do favours for you. As for Seele, yeah, she's rough around the edges, but Seele Vollerei shows you what kind of person she can be, and she's always been compassionate about her people anyway. She'd always be with Bronya anyway, and why would you want the CEO of Mihoyo at your place?
On the other end of the spectrum, Sampo would _certainly_ try to rob you blind. He stays out. I don't trust Kafka at all, unless Aponia was also nearby to counter her 'listen' with a 'please.' Luocha is an Otto. That's an auto-out. Hook is the rambunctious child who'd run through the house constantly, but if you were her favourite person, she'd listen to you. Or Natasha, because she's Raven to the misbehaving kids. And Clara would fix things for you. Clara, Serval, and Bronie fixing your stuff would be so fun to watch. You'd never have to buy a machine again.

If I could, I would pick serval and gepard, since I love their dynamic
for me i'd probably choose gepard, just because i know this place would probably have top tier security LOL. he's protective and conscientious and i feel like he'd a decent balance to me socially. i'm introverted but i still want to talk and go out occasionally and he seems like an enjoyable person to have a one-on-one chat with. and well, when i'm not.. he probably has work to deal with anyways. as someone who's about to get a roommate for college, i would hope they're as like gepard, bronya, dan heng or serval for me tbh.
tbh i think dan heng and blade would be light blue yellow and/or orange because of whatever that happened on dan heng pasts + the nightmares he has but also the way they share an acessory that when put together it forms a cute symbol 😃
