    I’ve lived in Corona with family for about 14 years now. When I was a teen everyone would always talk about how boring it is over here because there aren’t many entertainment options when you compare it to oc, la or sd. Corona was commonly referred to as “Borona” lol. As soon as I got a car that all changed though. I don’t mind driving 40 mins or less on the weekends and even weekdays during times where there isn’t traffic for entertainment. Most of the cities in northern Orange County are around 30 mins away with minimal traffic. The beach is a little further than that, but if you’re willing to drive half an hour then add another half hour and you can go to the beach. I’ve visited a lot of cities in the ie and Corona is by far the best. Riverside is a lot more run down than Corona. For the most part as long as you stay far away from the 6th street area you’ll be living in a nice family oriented neighborhood. The southern part is the best.

      So true Jasmine. I don't believe I hit on that in the video but the OC and even the beach really aren't that far away at all.

    Corona and rest of IE will catch up to OC & LA prices before we know it.
    More and more people are realizing how underrated and nice these cities & areas actually are.
    Good idea to buy a home as soon as you can.

      I definitely have to agree with you. In the long run I can't see how waiting would be beneficial (unless of course you're just not in a strong financial position right now then yes, it's may be best to wait until you are).

      There will still be a price difference because of the weather and proximity to the beach. There will be less of a difference in price but I highly doubt they’ll be anywhere close to the same.

    You forgot the Tyler Mall in Riverside. It's closer than Victoria Gardens and Ontario Mills. I live in Corona Hills and Tyler Mall is my go-to for shopping, super close by.

    Grew up in Corona and it was great. Now it's overpopulated and still nothing to do here. If you want to be stuck in traffic around town, than this is the place for you.

      It definitely has grown a lot. Sounds like you don't live here anymore then?

      I worked at Corona community hospital for eight years, 84 to 92. Spent 30 yrs. In that area,and we always found things to do. They may have been on the other side of the tracks lol but it was great growing up in that area.

      Is the traffic any worse or as bad as LA city traffic?

    Back in 1998. We were home shopping in Corona. 3,000 sq ft new homes were $190,000. I was sad we didn't qualify for that amoubt.

    I've lived in corona all my life (still do) and it hasnt changed a lot. There's still nothing to do even if you walk down 6th street. It's just more populated now ig. Traffic is crazy too.

      Corona has been a very popular destination for many home buyers. Unfortunately that does add to the traffic.

    How is the 91 traffic rush hour compared to the west LA 405 rush hour?

    • @JoseSepulvedaSoCalRealtor
      @JoseSepulvedaSoCalRealtor  9 місяців тому

      I'm not on the 405 during rush hour (thank goodness) so I can't call myself an expert on that area but I am guessing it safe to say the 91 traffic is probably among the worst out here but not as bad as the 405. Is that the area you live or work?

    When you move to Corona or the Inland Empire. No one wants to visit you. They might come to see your home once. Also you wear out your car faster. Better to work closer to home. I would move back to the Inland Empire. We are retired . So no commuting. I do love the convenience of living in Orange County.

    • @JoseSepulvedaSoCalRealtor
      @JoseSepulvedaSoCalRealtor  Рік тому

      Depending on where you commute for work you're right about wear and tear on your car. But that's too bad to hear, we always get visitors (sometimes too many 😃).

    I am going to study abroad in Corona from Japan.
    Is there a good apartment for me?
    I have never been to America.

    Doing some research on my next move before my lease is up next year, this was informational! I’m coming from San Antonio, TX (moving back to CA), and it sounds kinda like the side of the city I live on lol (Northside San Antonio). But CA has WAYYYYY more to do than here. Def adding this city to my list 👏🏼
