The model is a 1934 Weir -W2 at roughly 1/6 scale, the original is housed in the National Museum of flight in Scotland.

WOW! Quite amazing! A few moments into watching this beautiful model fly, I thought back to "Jedediah the Gyro Pilot" (Bruce Spence) in the movie(s) Mad Max. I wonder if anyone made a model of either of his planes? Anyway, this was great to watch! Thanks for sharing it with us!
