Yeah, i think no need for that rule. Pj doesn't have that and i saw a person playing early demo of brothership that he was given by one guy that works for this game. In the level up section it seems that there is also no bonus stats to add after leveling up

for torkscrew's drill I can deff confirm its an intentional delay. before it reaches half hp, it goes up to 1 second, to exactly 1, 1.5 and 2 seconds(in order) at half hp. haveta count when it completely burrows underground, then jump at da right time thats da exact reason why torkscrew's deff a wall in da nerve mode challenge run I did(da bros were level 8 w/da +1 level per boss rule), that 1 attack is actually evil 💀 I can also confirm Mammoshka's one of the special cases where I allowed bros attacks cuz that boulder attack deff is not consistent even when I made it to 320 hp out of its 900 exactly w/Jump+Hammer only. its just too inconsistent, includin da chase attack cuz it has 0 warning if it'll speed up Wiggler is really weird cuz it literally has absolutely 0 tell to if the shockwave, when angered via popple, will go slow or not cuz you're always primed for da fast one, so bros items are allowed specifically cuz of that, but not for popple unfortunately and fortunately I can absolutely confirm its possible to beat all of Dream teams bosses, assumin levelin pow+Stache alternatin each level(so level 2 pow, level 3 stache) cept for: 1. Pi'illodium. requires taunt balls for da adds plus broken Miracle+time rewind badge effects+Charge wear cuz of its heals(reduced via taunt balls) Boo Biscuit for da self-destruct. 2. Kamek's 3rd fight requires da broken time rewind+Immortal+potential 300 damage to all badge effects, no gear needed cuz the real kamek defeats himself when alone. (also cuz 3200 total hp across 4 targets and mario w/o equips does 5 damage vs their buffs and heals, so thats impossible) 1st 2 Kamek fights are doable no problem w/Jump only 3. Antasma but thats if he goes to sleep for perma 200 hp heals, but its rng, and he can basically nuke himself, so he's deff possible w/jump only after da badge set up. charge wear ain't needed here cuz his heal's rng if he does it or not. 4. Dreamy Bowser, unlimited heals so charge wear's(gain badge Guage when gettin hit, broken w/Immortal badge effect) as well as taunt ball during his healing is required to win 5. Grobot X unfortunately requires equips+Slingshot attack+Half BP bangle. it doesn't count against da nerve mode cuz its very arbitrary due to forced Story item, but I can confirm at level 18-19(+1 level per boss rule) w/o equips and da alternatin Pow+Stache strat on level up, its beatable. 6. Heavy Zest+Beef Cloud need da +1 badge stock effect for both bros at level 8, otherwise, soft-locked til da next rank, which means resettin da whole game. Dream team's deff a good ol slow despair arc w/Nerve mode but I'm happy a majority of its bosses were possible. Now Paper Jam's unfortunately not possible in a nerve mode where paper mario don't use his copies and Jump/hammer only cuz of 4 reasons: 1. da pokey bosses regen, tho I think you can beat it 2. King-Bob-omb. self explanatory cuz timer+if he blows up and you live you get 0 exp, meanin a reset. this's primary reason 1 3. da final bowser castle mission vs waves of enemies to stop da bomb is da 2nd primary reason, hence trio attacks+Battle cards are required 4. Shiny RoboBowser's armor which, 1. recovers 650 hp and 2. very important, does this when its literally not its turn ie after a battle card is used. so trio attacks+Battle cards are required despite several bosses being beatable w/1 copy+jump/hammer only I've doubts bout brothership but I'm deff interested to see if it'll be possible 🤔
The fun thing about this game, any challenge that doesn’t limit your battle options like attacks or counterattacks are always possible. It’s just a skill issue if you can’t win

Pow only is probably still better for the lategame. If you were to upgrade BP, you're doing less damage with every Bros. Attack, and so you'll spend longer on every fight anyway, needing to heal more BP and health anyway.
45:52 Fun Fact! You can make this fight much easier by destroying the mini-pillodiums with taunt balls. If you destroy all four though, another four get summoned. Unfortunately this doesn't work on dream stone Bowser while he's healing.
50:28 Second fun fact, if you have any barriers when he starts to self destruct, you don't need to do anything. It hits once and doesn't go through barriers. This may also work for a boss in Paper Jam, though it does not for Ludwig in the Superstar Saga remake as his final attack does pierce barriers.
Funny you mention banning the time-stop badge ability, cause I did a dodgeless game of this (cause Shyguymask didn't), used that badge, realized the game was too easy, and decided to do a second run with it banned lol. It ended up being way more interesting that way.

Currently trying to make my way to the Elite Trip Boss, which is smooth sailing since I gotten all the Dream Eggs to do so. Once I complete this, I can work on the UltiBed Arc, to be able to beat the game. I’m almost to the halfway point, and I’m happy
@@AquaticSky Update: I’ve beaten the Elite Trio (first try), by spamming Luiginary Flames. Due to the Goomba always dying (that Sargent Goomba always regenerates onto the battlefield from the background), I always had Full BP. I was surprised to be the one starting (since my Speed isn’t THAT high), but because of which, I used my Barrier Badge to give me 6 Shields, which, when the Goomba attacked, I lost almost all of them right away, since I couldn’t dodge that attack (let alone counterattack it). I knew they were slowly going down because the second Luiginary Attack made the Paratrooper use a Mushroom on the Goomba. About 5 to 8 more, I was finished with the Boss Fight. The only time I lost any health was the second time the Goomba attacked, which, due to my skill issues, caused the rest of my safety shields to go down, and got me to less than a Quarter of the way to restarting, but then, the Rush Attack happened, in which, the Goomba couldn’t find a way out on time (first time that actually happened to me), and everyone blown up. The Paratroopa and the Goomba fell, while the Shy Guy stood up, reviving both of his allies, but it wasn’t enough, and one last Luiginary Attack was enough to finish the Boss Fight. Now I’m in the UltiBed Section of the Story, in which my next Boss Fight is the Giant Battle between Dreamy Luigi and The Zeekeper
@@AquaticSky Still, the only Boss Fight (as of right now) that has been a RoadBlock for me and my Playthrough of Hard Mode was Big Massif. I had to do that entire fight Damageless, because any of his attacks one shotted me. I am so glad that the Big Massif Boss Fight was completed, because my reaction to beating him was priceless. (I found out I could have shields as my badge effect, a tad too late, so it wasn’t going to help, plus I wasn’t going to get out of the Dream World to fight enemies to get the Badge Effect in, which, now that I think about it, would’ve saved a bunch of times, and resets). I got all of the badges from the Badge Shop, and will be using the Time Stop Badge, once I figure out myself how to use, which will primarily be useful on the next upcoming Boss that isn’t the Zeekeper. My current Level is 22 (21 Fighting the Elite Trio), so I still have much more to do. Wish me luck on my adventures. I’m going to be continuing soon
Fun fact, i think if you have a shield bubble left at the end of that fight where the robot self destructs, you just live through it without taking damage

What's a Multistat? It's not explained in the video, and I've played every M&L game, and there's no mechanic in any of them called a 'Multistat'.
I think it just means only 1 stat can be boosted from the item roulette, maybe beans too but I haven't watched too far into the video yet
