If u ever heard of the Castle Doctrine; in certain states you’re allowed to end a persons life if they are on your property illegally. Obviously in a DV situation; whether it’s self defense or there’s been a criminal record of a person commuting DV on a partner, but the person may had little or no jail time yet. I mean in any situation where u have to use self defense. While some of these circumstances might put anyone in jail(; depending on the evidence…there are good reasons. But they focus on people who pose no threat ~ forcing none sex predators to register as would be violent predators. Which is violation of numerous statues. 1; The right to be treated equally, 2; a violation of 4, th amendment, 3; a violation of 5,th amendment, 4, a violation of 8, amendment, to excessively charge a higher than normal amount of money or punishment that exceeds normal or original sentence, cruel and unusual. How can a state claim to be constitutional when they don’t treat people equally? Here these people will get a low punishment even though they pose a real threat to society. Max 10, years. It’s that kind of a funny state.
