    I like my bagels this way, but I add sliced tomatoes that i "paint" with a little bit of the caper juices...so good.

      Yep! In theory, that absolutely should work! Just make sure you take the fish to the same internal temperature: 145 F. The salmon is classic, but an easy substitute would be trout or whitefish! -Chef Britt

    don't know if you have done it, but....how about some hot dogs made from brisket and smoked, maybe add some cheese, jalapenos, and different additions to the dogs. just a suggestion. Thanks for the video.

    Have no idea why the word pastrami was ever mentioned other than for cheap click bait heat because this was just a wet cure smoked salmon recipe and bagel making post.
    One last thing is I despise people who do cooking videos who wear rings because that is a kind of gross and B a good way to loose your jewelry
