      Because at 5:53 he jumps from clay sapplings to having clay in his crafting table without explaining how you get this clay, and from there on it happens more often that he suddenly already has something which he doesn't explain how he got it.

      Jei/tmi/nei/whatever is your best friend in modded.
      In any modpack that has it:
      *click the text entry bar under your hotbar in the inventory screen pe whatever you're trying to make/use into it.
      *Click that item when it pops up in the item list on the right side of the screen.
      *the list along the top is the list of machines that can make/use it (not everything is made in the crafting table, as seen in this vid)
      *clicking the machines along the left can get you the recipe.
      *pro tip*
      If you hover your mouse over the item and press "a" it will pin it to the left side of the inventory screen for easy reference. I have pretty bad adhd so I get distracted from what I'm working towards. ALL THE TIME. This is a life saver.

    you can get the ardite and cobalt sapling very easy with the help of Tinkers Construct.
    1. craft a stone pickaxe using tinkers construct (I used a stone pickaxe head, wooden tool rod and a stone binding)
    2. get flint and obsidian polishing kits (one of each)
    3. apply these kits to your pickaxe (flint first) by placing the kit and some flint in a tool station. This will give you a pickaxe that can break cobalt and ardite.
    4. Go to the nether and mine ardite and cobalt ore
    5. smelt it in your smeltery and pour the molten ore over purple slime saplings. (Dont put your ardite and cobalt together, you will get manyullyn)

    great tutorial overall but the sapling setup with crates and itemducts is really inefficient. you should use a filing cabinet with a folder for each item. it takes up only one block to store all the different sapling drops and you can store over 2 billion of each item

  • @justinsanity501
    @justinsanity501 2 роки тому

    On the ardite and cobalt saplings, you can find these ores in the nether. You need a pickaxe that can mine at cobalt level, this can be done easily in tinkers construct using an obsidian pickaxe head to make a pickaxe. Then, you can use the ores you get to melt in smeltery and go from there to finish creating the saplings. Not too hard to get these early-ish game if you are willing to explore the nether just a bit.

    An idea. You can get by with 1 clay bucket. You can achieve this by placing cobble stone in a wooden cauldron and quickly using the clay bucket with water. You can do this 6 times to get 6 obsidian to make 2 obsidian buckets in same design of a bucket. And a infinite water source with 20 leaves and saplings as you would in vanilla MC

    • @AlfredGG
      @AlfredGG  4 роки тому
