I’m 2/3s and liking all of it so far. I like how the story keeps teasing there is more going on along the way! Great video (shame the audio is out of synch) P.S.-I know nothing about the Jane Eyre version.
I really wanted to like this book but it wasn't for me. It was a mix of many boring moments with few interesting moments. I read 80% and couldn't finish it. Thank you for your spoiler review 😁
I can see that, why it might appear boring to some. It’s really for nerds who are obsessed with Jane Eyre and kinda poking at the dangers of the female rescue fantasy.

It keeps you on the edge, doesn’t it? You gotta read the real Jane Eyre to fully enjoy it!
