🌴Ingredients
1/2 cup guava jam
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup honey
2 Tbsp molasses
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1 dragon stout or Guinness
🌼
3 cups self raising flour
1 Tsp mixed spice
1 Tsp cinnamon powder
1 Tsp ground ginger
1 Tsp nutmeg
1/2 salt
8 cherry
1 cup raisins
1 Tsp browning for colour
🌼glaze
1 Tbsp unsalted butter
2 Tbsp honey
1/2 Tsp vanilla
1/4 Tsp all spice
1/4 ground ginger
Baked in total for 1 hour 30 minutes insert a toothpick

Yes that’s true I realise they don’t have cherries in the buns only raisins, not sure why maybe lot of people don’t really like cherry
They only prefers the raisins🤔
