    I tried this recipe and my bun came out just great. I especially liked it that the recipe did not require any egg.

    I used your recipe and baked this yesterday! My 79 year old Jamaican Father In Law LOVED IT and not only said the house smelled like home, he said the cakes were good enough to sell to others 😊 I'm Nova Scotian and have learned to cook these foods for my Jamaican family. Thanks for helping me to show love 😘

    I appreciate the thoroughness of your videos Miquel - the reality is that this is how it’s truly and traditionally done at home. We can always use a different grade or brand of ingredient according to our abilities or preferences.

    To make it easier for you just use a tablespoon for your baking powder two tablespoon is six teaspoon

    Hi Marvin, this is a fellow Yardie now living in Miami. After retiring fifteen years ago, to keep my mind busy I became a website developer. I had a look at your website and I felt it was just too crowded to the point of being confusing. Too much long text. Stick to the cooking and forget about the other stuff or create another site for the other stuff. Just a thought.

      nikki dee This is the one wanted you to see first, but you found it. Irie!! Out of all 3 methods I like this one first, then the method with yeast. The malta Easter bun with interesting and nice too.

      Crystal Bclear Hi, if you have a Micheal's craft store in your area, you may be able to find the pan there. Or check a Walmart for an oversized loaf pan.

      Ye went to ja they don't seem to have it.. Went to the bulk store they have some long very narrow one.. Smh don't seem to make them like they used too lol.. Thanks mostly seeing the non-stink small ones.. Jus end up buying it smh.

    Hi , my honest opinion would be to make sure not to measure the spices over the flour, and is purely you using more measurements than what you actually saying. I can see all the extra going in which is okay, but more than what you actually using.

    The word is INGREDIENTS!!! NOT Ingredientses! "It 2 is teaspoons NOT 2 teaspoon (plural). It is MIXED spice, not mix spice! 2 cups of- not 2 cup of. It is "HONEY", not "oney" (you are eating your "Hs". You need to learn to speak properly if you are going to represent Jamaica or anything Jamaican on a global space. I am tired of when I travel, or see videos, with people asking or mocking Jamaicans about our talking.

      PrettyChelsea I am Jamaican and I DON'T talk like that. Most of the Jamaicans I know don't say INDREDIENTSES!!! If you are going to come on youtube and talk, you are no longer in yout "natural setting", you are now global.

      he is trying to speak English to make people that done understand patios know how to make the bun so shut up an move
