⚠️ Anime Food: [Recipe Below] Wyvern Gyudon from Campfire Cooking in Another World with my Absurd Skill (featured in episode 12)

Recipe serves two hungry Fenrirs :)
Gyudon:
1 1/2 cup (355ml) water
4 tablespoon (60ml) sake
3 tablespoon (45ml) soy sauce
1 tablespoon (14g) sugar
1 teaspoon ginger paste
1 large onion, sliced
10 oz (300g) beef prime rib steak
**freeze your prime rib before cutting into paper thin slices or buy pre sliced in asian supermarket frozen isle
Extras:
Bowl of rice
Red pickled ginger (beni shoga)
1. In a medium sized pot on medium-high heat, add water, sake, soy sauce, and sugar. Once boiling, add ginger paste and stir.
2. Turn heat down to medium and add onions and cook until translucent and softened, around 5 minutes.
3. Add in sliced beef prime rib and cook for another 15 minutes, or until the liquid has reduced in half.
4. Skim any skum, or fat on the surface of the liquid.
5. Serve the beef on top of rice with beni shoga. - Ігри

Gyudon is one of my favourite comfort meals. Occasionally I get a spicy pork one for lunch and it is always incredibly satisfying
